Overall,the service and product was…
Overall,the service and product was acceptable, delivery was very good, however the strips of turf supplied looked like they may have been taken from different plots and types of grass, as they were different in appearance, colour and dryness. Grass being grass, I am sure that it will recover and be fine !

I can assure you that all the turf came from the same field and is the same variety – we take great care with consistency.
What you’re seeing is completely normal variation in fresh-cut turf. Factors like where each roll sits on the pallet, natural moisture differences across any field, and even which part of the field gets more light can create slight variations in appearance and moisture levels when it arrives.
The good news is you’re absolutely right – once laid, watered regularly (especially in the first couple of weeks), and given a few weeks to settle, it all evens out beautifully and you won’t be able to tell any difference.
If you’d had any concerns before laying it, we’d have been more than happy to discuss it or arrange a replacement – that’s what we’re here for! But I’m confident you’ll be delighted with how it looks in a few weeks.
