Order not dispatched (3 weeks waiting) and customer service aren't responding to my emails after giving them a week to respond

Ordered a car seat. I didn't realise, at the time that it was a pre-order but when I emailed Newbie & Me I got a reply promptly. 4 days later I was told the car seat was back in stock and I received it the next day.
I was pleased with the communication and service from this company.

I purchased a carrycot for my pram with next day delivery. When it hadn't arrived a week later, I contacted Newbie and Me to ask where it was, only to be told it was on pre-order for March. This was in no way communicated to me when I ordered it, the process just appeared to be a normal purchase. I'm very disappointed. I can only conclude that their website was out of date, and was selling goods that don't exist, as the product I purchased is now shown as 'out of stock'.

I had an excellent experience shopping at Newbie and Me Baby Store Leeds. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in guiding me through their wide selection of prams, car seats, and nursery furniture. The ordering process was smooth, and my items arrived quickly and well-packaged. I especially appreciated their professional service and the quality of the products. I highly recommend Newbie and Me for any new parent looking for reliable and top-quality baby essentials.

I visited the Crewe store to purchase a car seat for my son. The staff were friendly, approachable and extremely attentive. Big shout out to the manager (I think her name was Meg) for her expertise and advise on the best car seat that met all of our needs. She even installed it for us too! Thankyou Newbie and Me for such a positive experience. Would highly recommend.

Really appreciate the help from Newbie and me Shirley, they went above and beyond to help me choose the right pram. When I collected it, everything was already assembled and ready to go with a free complimentary build. Couldn't have asked for a better service!

Awful, read the negatives, the positives are forced in store before the customers get their items.

We visited the Birmingham store looking for a nursery set David greeted us and showed us around, his knowledge of the products was brilliant and definitely helped us make our mind up . He gave us a brilliant price and was super helpful thanks David !!

Personally I wish you could give them 0. Very unprofessional all they care about it getting the money once they received it all customer service is out the window. If I could go back I'd never even visit there as an option. And they lie and say emails were written up but not sent. It's as if their scripted to say the same thing and 0 training on customer service.

They don't answer the phone and certainly don't answer emails even two weeks later. Scott is RUDE and for a manager he is unprofessional wouldn't even bother asking to speak to the manager as he is no help.

Love my pram but unfortunately the state the footmuff and rain cover came in is not reassuring been brilliant to solve problems just hope this problem gets solved

Aneesha was very helpful with my order. Even though one colour wasn't available for a while she quickly helped me find the same product in an alternative colour and ensured it was posted out asap. Great emailing and work done. Thanks for your help

Brilliant experience from start to finish, we walked in on a busy Saturday to the Leeds store and were still able to be seen by Aqeel despite not having a booking. He went above and beyond in finding the perfect travel system for us and even price matched some items. Definitely would recommend

Ordered a car seat and a jellycat online, it stated 3-5 working days but arrived in 4 days which was great. My daughter loves her seat and jelly cat. Thank you for answering my queries about the car seat also! Brilliant service!

I went to the Leeds store after visiting a large well known department store (who weren't interested in helping me). I was so pleasantly surprised that the staff were attentive and informative! I got my dream travel system at an amazing price and collected it yesterday. Thank you so much to all of the staff who made my first pram buying experience so smooth. Highly recommended store.

I had a really good experience at with Newbie and Me Leeds and I’m very satisfied with the service. Everything was well organized and easy to navigate from the start. The process was clear, and worked exactly as described, which made the whole experience stress-free.
I especially appreciated how straightforward everything was and how much attention was given during our one to one appointment. Communication was clear, and whenever I needed help or clarification, support was responsive and helpful.
