I returned a swing and never received my refund. It's been over a month. No one responds to my emails.

Bad return policy. They play a thin line in returns and have customer pay return shipping.
Product wasn’t of quality material. Never used. Only open saw it put it back in package now trying to have the send a return. They say no sorry policy won’t let them. Never heard of a business return policy not taking care of customers, concerns and returns.

I have been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks with no response through the emails and I have still not received my order

We placed an order about two weeks ago. Went to check on it- website will not pull up at all. Says it’s unavailable. No link to the website will let us view anything and no sign that order is coming in.

I placed an order late October 2020, and never received my merchandise. I have email them and no response.

My wife placed an on order on 6/30, we have received nothing! Fedex claims they never received package, only a label created. My wife has sent customer service about 6 e-mails, she received 2 responses and both times their response was the same! ‘We will contact fedex’. To make matters worse, their is no customer service phone number to get in touch with a human! This is ridiculous!!!!! Don’t trust these people!!!! We lost nearly $300

I just purchased a$399 baby stroller 3 in 1...I love it! The stroller is very stylish and covered leather looks good and excellent. The design is well and color is beautiful. Have recommended to my friends, they are interested in it and plan to buy one. Will definitely purchase from Newbabywish store again.

😡😡😡😡 DO NOT ORDER FROM NEWBABYWISH.COM. I paid over $400 for a stroller that I never received. Found out they hacked my emails and sent me a tracking number from something else I ordered and you could only email customer services and no one ever emailed me back. Now I'm out for $400 and have no stroller for my baby.

I really like this multifunctional 3 in 1 baby stroller. I compared many stores and finally chose this one. From the display pictures, I can't see the difference from other stores. They all use the same photos, but its price really makes me heart. Impeccable courier service! It only took me 3 days to receive the package. The stroller is in good condition and value for money. I think I will buy other baby products in this shop. Recommend!

The stroller itself is lovely. The weight the color is amazing but I don’t like is the shipping. Communication was ok. I had to keep emailing and texting but they did respond. Overall I love it 🥰

This is my first time to buy at Newbabywish. At first, I saw this 3 in 1 baby stroller at other website, but the price is too high for me. But the price at Newbabyeish is very reasonable. It's well made and my babe love to travel with us in it. Overall I've used it for two months and would recommend it to everyone.

I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant and I have searched many baby strollers only for finding the best for my baby. Finally I bought 3 in 1 baby stroller from Newbabywish. It tooks about 2 weeks to receive the parcel, and I fell in love with it as soon as I open the package. This stroller was incredibly easy to put together! looked exactly the same as in the picture. I believe it's a fascinate gift for my baby.
