I had the same experience with the princube

I had the same experience with the Princube. They sent me rubber stamp frames with nothing in it. I paid $80 for it with cartridges.
The website no longer works now, but it was some ofcamp.com website which these hubkitty people replied.
They offered a $19 voucher to buy something else which I refused, then they offered a $16 refund, which I also refused.
I went straight to PayPal and disputed it. Paypal was pretty good, after going through a few processes I sent my item back and got my full refund.
Though I still had a loss because of the postage, I at least got the initial purchase amount back.

DONT BUY ANYTHING ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!

DONT BUY ANYTHING ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!

Bought a moblie printer with cardrigdes and paid $5.99 for fast and secured shipping, within 6 days it should arrive. After 1.5 month my package finally arrived but instat of a printer they gave me a toy stamp without ink. I've send them an email explained what happend. There answer was not to worrie we will refund you $13. Sow I send them back but ive paid $35.97 not $13. I still got the same answer they dont want to send me the printer that i paid for and only $13 refund.

Now after 46 emails and 3 months the refund is at $22 if i accept. I wont because they made the "mistake" not me. And that would be a very expansive toy stamp (store price €4.95) Still dont believe its a mistake if you read all the emails this is clearly there scam.

Stay away! Business fraud! Accept payment and never deliver product!

Stay away, this is a scam! I ordered several items and only received 1 of the things I ordered and 2 other things that I did not. When I told them to return my money for the things they never sent they only offered to give me back part of it! Even though they never sent it! This is worst than customer service, this is straight up theft and fraud! They offered to give me back $45 even though they charged me $86 for things they never sent me. There's also no way to contact them because the email and phone number listed on their website are out of service. The only way they can be reached is through another email that they give you on a card that comes with the package, which is useless because they don't understand you. Plus all the other BS on their website about satisfaction guarantee within 14 days, blah, blah, blah. I've had bad customer service before but I've never had someone straight up keep my money and never deliver the product! This is fraud!

Do not give up, PLEASE open a case with PayPal

Do not give up open a case with PayPal, they will help you to get back all your money!

I ordered a PrinCube but they sent me a cheap 2 USD STAMP!!!
I tried to get a full refund from them and they offered me first 5 USD, second 7 USD... their last offer was 14 USD. I turned them down and I opened a PayPal claim.
PayPal asked me to send back their cheap product and show them the proof of posting ( with tracking number). After I did this (it cost me £10,55 with RoyalMail) in less than 24 hours PayPal gave me a full refund ($35,97).

So in the end I lost only £10,55 BUT at least they went to RoyalMail not to this SCAM company.

Update: got a full refund from paypal today. You can also request refund for return shipment costs which I got paid today. As such $0 lost now. :-)

Lucky I purchases via PayPal and they will cover whole cost! I suggest people using credit card should directly dispute with your bank with all supporting document.
