Taking your money, no delivery and no communication
After my previous review I suddenly got a reply. Coincidence may be. I got a delivery time of end of February. I mailed them the last week of February, two weeks ago now, if they were gonna deliver or not.
I really need my money back.
It was paid by a credit card so the could have waited till the delivery to take my money. They did not.
With enthusiasm they point out to tou that you can chat with two employees whenever you want. However, the first thing those employees tell you that thy are only there to pass the message. Ltime I had to re ask several times and it took me a long time to get any real reply
