The engineer contacted us as requested to advise when he would be attending and was on time. He explained exactly what he was doing and why and also assisted with resetting our temperatures and went round each thermostat to check they were all set to our preferences.

It was the first annual service of our air source heat pump and the quality of the service was excellent as ever. Matt is highly knowledgeable and helped us with useful tips.

The service technician before starting familiarised himself with the specifics of the the system installation. He undertook the service, was polite, informed and mindful to remove his shoes to protect my new carpets. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We have used New Heat Solutions for a couple of years now to service an air sourced heat pump. Overall a very good experience with knowledgable staff, competitive pricing and efficient admin.

Our replacement ASHP a Mitsubishi Ecodan 8.5 Kw m/c was installed and working within 3 working days. In addition our old gas boiler was removed and 3 radiators fitted to improve the heating.
At all times the engineers were polite and answered all our questions despite having to go from the outside to the loft multiple times.
Now that the system is bedding in the site is so much neater than the previous company left it 5 years ago.
The radiators are now producing far more heat than previously and we are astounded at how quiet the m/c is even when going at top speed, and the amount of wind it produces with the fan is astonishing.
The whole process from first contact to signing off was how things should be done. No hard sell, and the office staff are friendly and able to answer
all of our queries.
We thoroughly recommend both the Mitsubishi ASHP and New Heat Solutions.

I had the first service of my A S H P yesterday. The engineer was experienced and had been involved with part of the installation a year ago. He worked methodically both inside and outside and completed the online survey on a tablet. We discussed how I had found the heat pump.He helped me by altering the valves on the radiators now that it is colder ( I cant see the figures on the valves) I was able to make notes as we went round the house.

Prompt informative visit that included ideas to improve energy system integration.

New Heat is the right solution for the heat pump
I contracted them in 2022 to install a heat pump. They were not the cheapest but based on technical questions the only company giving me all the explanations I needed to make up my mind. Their service price is very competitive and their people are very helpful and understanding.

Although a much more complicated process than just changing the gas boiler, from start to finish everything was done professionally, and without fuss and it was a explained throughout by the friendly, helpful installation team.

Everyone we met from the original survey and quotation, through to the final commissioning was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and willingly giving good advice whenever we asked.

It's our first heatpump and the change from a gas boiler is complicated and new. It was very comforting to know that everyone who worked on the project knew exactly what they were doing. At the same time they were very friendly.

On commissioning they fully explained controls and how to set up the system which is much easier than a gas boiler but very different. It has been working for only a week so far but the water is plentiful and hot without any intervention even though at times there has been heavy use. On a couple of cold mornings a gentle heat came through the radiators for a short while to keep the house comfortable. We look forward to using the system fully later in the year when we will be able to compare the cost with the old boiler
