Look at the other bad reviews - this is what Daniel is. He is a typical rogue trader and doesn't reply to calls or messages. He comes across as a nice guy, takes your money, fits badly and doesn't come back to fix it. No paperwork, no warranty. DO NOT USE THIS GUY - Rogue trader who is lazy, dishonest and untrustworthy

Daniel Hamilton fitted a new entrance door for us in 2019. He did not provide a CERTAS/FENSA certificate at the time and is not responding to texts asking for one as we are moving house and require this to exchange! He was never good at communication but this is totally unacceptable! We’re not even sure he is a certified fitter!

Daniel was the first honest person who came to give us a quote after a pile of charlatans. He is open to any suggestions and really tries to find the best solution for a reasonable price.

Daniel and his colleague fitted three doors on a Saturday for me. Two very decent chaps who quietly got on with the job. Attention to detail was excellent and everything was left very clean. The lead time for the doors was less than expected too.

Having done a good job fitting our front door previously, we had little hesitation in going back to Daniel when it was time to install our new back door. Another good job - very tidy and no need for making good. Delighted with both doors.

I'm afraid I cannot recommend Daniel. It is a more than a year since we've our doors installed, and we still did not receive receipt for our deposit and payment and warranty documents.
I have contacted Daniel several times, but every single email has been ignored. I found this extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I believe that this is the same reaction you would get if
you have a problem with the installation or need to claim under warranty.

September 2023 and still no documents. He attempted to remedy the problem, in exchange of review change. But the review reflects my experience with the trader and this has not changed!

2 new Endurance doors fitted in January, have waiting till now to review as one needed Daniel to come back to make a very slight adjustment, that’s been done and I am so pleased with the doors.

Daniel has done a great job and I am thrilled with my new doors and the fitting.

They look great and feel nice and solid to close.

Really pleased with my choice of door and fitter

Certass certificate and guarantee both now arrived, still very much love my new doors and glad the admin side is now complete

**Update** 7th June 2023 NOT HAPPY
I have not been able to get the certificates for the new doors being fitted, I have contacted CERTASS the work has not been registered, Daniel has not replied to messages asking for this to be followed up, Endurance have tried to contact him also and not responded still. Such a shame as I love my doors but this is very disappointing. Have changed my review accordingly

Would not recommend, ordered doors on August, told it will take 8 weeks.
Every time had to chase him up, on December he didn't respond to my calls or emails had to go true Endurance company, email straight back telling me doors will be on January, so it went from 8 weeks to 5 months and probably more.. had to insist to give my deposit back

Daniel recently fitted a new front door which we are very pleased with. Daniel was helpful, pleasant and obviously expert at what he does. No fuss, no mess, and we would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

We’ve used Daniels services three times now our front entrance and canopy was first and an excellent job, a rear replacement window next, so we had no hesitation in using his services for our new oversized patio doors. They are brilliant the fit and finish is excellent and the attention to every detail spot on right down to the cleaning of the glass and getting rid of the waste. Excellent service, good value, and we have no hesitation in recommending Daniel and his team Alan & Lynn Dunstable

We were looking to replace our 20 year old composite doors and got in touch with New Entrance. From the moment we got in touch with Daniel, he was really knowledgeable and helpful despite many questions from us about options! We had both our front and back door replaced and has been well worth the wait, we are very pleased with them so far. The product itself looks great and Daniel's workmanship is meticulously neat and tidy!

Daniel installed a cottage front door for me. Due to the small proportions of the door, he could not arrange via standard manufacturers and he undertook to source the door to my exact requirements from a specialist manufacturer. Daniel was transparent on the cost from the beginning. He was meticulous in his installation; extremely tidy and respectful; and punctual. A real perfectionist and a nice guy to deal with!

Fantastic service and competitive prices
I needed windows and entrance doors replaced in my period property. I had quotes from the usual suspects (Anglian Windows etc which was an absolute disaster and insulting peoples intelligence). Then Dan came along! He quoted for all work and as it was a big job (17 windows and 2 Endurance doors) he gave me the option to do it in stages as and when I could afford some more to have done. Which was really generous as it meant quite a few trips for him. His professionalism and workmanship is second to none, and he and Paul are absolutely reliable, trustworthy and a pleasure to have around (I cant say that from a lot of work men). Thus I can't recommend them high enough.

Daniel was fantastic from start to finish! Gave us an excellent quote and the went through everything in detail to make sure everything was correct and then went ahead with the order. Daniel fitted our new door today as well as installing our new Ring doorbell for us as well which was extremely kind of him!
We love the new door and he was polite and courteous and showed us how it all worked and then made sure everything was as clean and tidy before he left.

Will definitely recommend him to friends!!
