I recently got a necklace from Nevaeh Jewelry and I’m honestly so impressed 🤍✨ I WEAR IT EVERYDAY and it still looks brand new, no tarnishing or dullness. AND it’s WATERPROOF I’ve been wearing it non-stop, like in the shower and everything, and it’s still looking brand new. No tarnishing, no weird colour change… nothing. It’s just one of those pieces that makes you look put together with no effort. I’ve already had people asking me where it’s from 😭

The items I got are simple and the best quality. Each one of them is soo beautiful and I’m in love with them I wore every single day

Terrible experience. My order has not arrived yet and is past the expected delivery date. There has been no update regarding the delay in website, which is concerning. Please provide a status update as soon as possible.

Just the worst customer service I have ever received. Ive placed over 22 orders with Neveah Jewelry. Ive even had my friends place orders. The lack of care is beyond disappointing. Im saddened by my experience with "JeJe". Im not even mad just more so saddened and disappointed. Sadly I will probably never order for them again. Lost 2 of my birthday orders and ignored my emails asking for help.

Absolutely the worst company to buy jewelry from. Horrible customer service horrible management team. They will ignore ypur emails and never send you your orders. They claim all my orders were "lost in transit" . But ignored my emails asking for an update. They only replied after I requested a refund SCAMMMM SCAMMMN

The jewellery itself is nice quality, but delivery was 4 days later than promised.

A bit disappointed that the items didn't come with all pouches that required, especially since it's a gift. Usually, each piece comes with one, but not in this order.

Also, feels like there's a minimum purchase requirement (10 items) to get pouches - not ideal for those buying fewer items.

Customer service a bit slack especially when I have contacted in the past for the pouches so hopefully that's not a permanent change 😊.

Extremely poor customer service and company does not uphold consumer rights - do not buy from.
Received an item that was faulty (necklace, clasp was broken). As I had ordered a number of items I didn't notice the fault straight away approx 20 days post receiving items. Contacted Nevaeh, got automated responses back stating you have to inform them within 5 days if item is faulty for them to do anything after this they will do nothing. Contacted them multiple times they offered nothing other than a small discount next time I buy from them or they just ignored the messages completely. All I wanted was a replacement for the faulty item. The 5 days policy is not stated on the returns section of the website. Regardless this supposed policy infringes your consumer rights. Consumer Rights act states that if you receive any item faulty or not fit for purpose you have the right to a replacement or exchange from receipt of item up to 6 years. I have bought from this company multiple times and as a repeat customer would have expected better customer service. Do not use.

Have purchased few items from company however last one delivery was delayed which I was OK with however one of the bracelet I ordered when I tried on fell off after a few minutes looking at item when delivered was fine all I asked if if I could send the item back to be repaired or replaced company advised it'd over their 5 day return policy and I can repurchase with a discount feel very disappointed and will no longer order from the company again

The jewellery quality is great and is very durable. I still wear the jewellery from my first order a year ago and it is in very good condition. Goes with all my outfits too
