Over the last few years the team and I have had a great experience with Neuven Audit Solutions. They make the whole audit process so much easier and far less stressful than it usually is. Petra has been amazing throughout! Really approachable, easy to talk to, and always happy to provide us with any support queries we may have. Big thanks to Petra and the whole Neuven team for keeping audits stress free!

The most useless and pointless neutral vender that there is. An absolute shambles of a company. Rate increase to our customer not actioned after 18 months of trying despite sending over all the relevant documentation 3 times. And now they just ignore my attempts to contact them.
Warning to other healthcare providers. AVOID dealing with this company like the plague. You will not make any profit.

I've always found Neuven good to engage with and a great partnership facilitator. As a SME we have been able to support a number of corporate clients across the UK simply through our integration with the Neuven Vennue portal
If there's an issue they will be on hand to resolve it.

I'd like to thank Neuven for always conducting professional audits and always having great communication; prior, during and following our audits, the administration team and the auditors have always provided us with a first class service and we look forward to working with them in the future.

We applied for NHS framework tender an year ago with zero success. On the first occasion we tendered ourselves and it didn't work. On the second occasion - we used another bid writing agency and failed again.

However, this year we used Neuven for two different Framework tenders and succeeded in both of them.

We cannot appreciate more the support provided by Paul/Ben and Christine. Special mention is for Paul Macklesworth who is diligent and thorough. He is a man of few words but of exceptional understanding and writing abilities.
