I live in the United Kingdom. I had Never used Neutrogena before but Sainsbury's had them on special offer. I was thinking its a good, well know company so I bought a packet of hydro boost wipes that were advertised as being suitable for sensitive skin. Used them on the evening, by the next morning I had burnt skin and swollen eyes, it looked like I'd been lying in the sun! A week later, my eyes were still swollen and I had to visit the doctor because I thought they were never going to return to normal. My son did a quick google search and it seems that there are hundreds of cases of this dating back years! How are they still selling this?! I have photos of my face. Very disappointed in this company.
