Held my assets inaccessible

Despite my repeated efforts to access my account, the process was continuously delayed by requests for information, described as standard security procedures. After two weeks of communication and providing numerous documents, I was asked for further proof regarding accounts that had no connection to my initial activity. There have been multiple instances in which these brokers have failed to meet their obligations, calling for stronger measures to protect consumers and uphold industry standards. It is imperative that such brokers be removed from the market in the future to ensure the integrity of the industry. The fos gr ove should not allow these corporations to break the laws of the land without any consequences and a report is now with them regarding this situation.

Held my money hostage

Despite several attempts to get my money out, they kept on asking for information under the guise of doing security checks. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails with several photos of evidence, they still insisted on me sending more evidence on accounts that were completely unrelated to my transaction. There have been multiple instances in which these brokers have failed to meet their obligations, calling for stronger measures to protect consumers and uphold industry standards. It is imperative that such brokers be removed from the market in the future to ensure the integrity of the industry. The ayr'L'P should not allow these corporations to break the laws of the land without any consequences and a report is now with them towards recourse!
