Initially enthusiastic, all this, however, over time, didn't prove to be as effective as it seemed. The preset doesn't improve as easily as promised, and that made me a bit disappointed. I asked for assistance, but despite some availability on calls, they simply told me to watch the tutorials, as they left me back where I started with the problem. It's a shame because initially I thought I'd found exactly what I needed!

I was unaware how destructive installing such a terrible tool could be. Weeks of edits lost, because my catalog is not unreadable in Lightroom.

Some prominent warning, that I was about to lose hundreds of hours of work, would be nice.

It reduced my working time about 50%. I can not imagine my work without Neurapix anymore :)

Great service, really works well. Definitely room for improvement, but a very capable platform. Customer service is helpful but slow to reply and sometimes don't reply at all. But they are friendly, and seem to care about the issues when they address your concerns.

Neurapix is saving us an INCREDIBLE amount of time. We edit and deliver over 70,000 images per year in our studio, and after training my Smart Preset (I gave it a bunch of my edited files), the images coming back from Neurapix look almost *exactly* like I would have edited them myself. With only minor edits—like cropping to taste, and very minor adjustments to exposure—I’m able to deliver the images as-is. I’ve tried two other AI editing services. Neurapix delivers equal or better results—but at a FRACTION of the cost of the others. I’m sold! Neurapix is now a vital part of our workflow, and it couldn’t be easier to implement. Try it! You’ll be VERY impressed with the results.

When I heard about this, I couldn't believe it at first. It was so easy to create my SmartPreset. Since then, I don't use anything else to edit my images. It just saves me so much time and I go through the season much less stressed.
