Great support, Great Company

I had a worry about delivery due to a what appears to be a glitch showing that the item was delivered in 2025, so spoke to a nice person on what's app called Charles, whom checked and was able to give me all the information I needed.

Cannot fault this company at all

I cannot fault NetXL at all, I ordered it the night before at 18:14, it was dispatched at 19:01 and arrived in the morning the following day. One thing I found really cool, is that they actually provide you with a video of the goods being packed, never seen this before but it's a great touch.

Goods were tested on arrival, and worked exactly as expected, no issues here at all. I don't have any networking goods to buy right now, but I know exactly where I'll go when and if I need to.

Next day delivery is a joke! Don’t trust NetXL
Purchased item Thursday morning with the promise of next day delivery, the next day no movement on the tracking so I emailed to question this, I was told Royal Mail didn’t take the package, I was refunded the postage and told the package will be with me the next day… well I urgently needed the item and they have only just handed the package to Royal Mail.

Do not trust this company if you need a delivery to arrive next day.

Great company, amazing service, good prices.

We have been using NetXL for a good few years now for all our Ubiquiti needs. It is very rare that they aren't the cheapest place on the internet!

There service has always been prompt, professional and without issue which makes it a simple decision to continually purchase equipment without hesitation from them.

On the most recent purchase, I incidentally provided the wrong shipping address, this was resolved by Charles within 10 minutes of the order and my item still arrived the very next day!

3rd order with them, 3rd one late, this one service worse

3rd order with them, this time ordered next day by DPD, now over a week late and still no sign of a delivery date. Since DPD still have the item in their sorting office (not even in depot for delivery) netxl offered to arrange to just get it back to them BUT is holding up my paypal refund DESPITE THE ITEM NEVER GETTING ANYWHERE NEAR ME.

Thanks for your feedback, and I am genuinely sorry for the frustration these courier delays have caused. I completely understand how disappointing it is when a next-day estimates are not met by the courier. From what I can see, your order was placed on Saturday and collected by DPD on Sunday as expected, but they unfortunately experienced significant operational backlogs at their sortation facility.

I can see the team have pre-emptively refunded your shipping in full, provided you with daily updates, and offered to request a return to sender to refund your order in full. If there is anymore we could do to improve your experience, please do get in touch with us.

The place to shop for network gear

Ordered unifi gear plus some cabling. Really good prices and super efficient service. There was a delay caused by the courier but support provided all explanation in a very friendly and polite way (thank you Olivier!). Box arrived intact, all nicely packed, brand new equipment as advertised.
From now on this is my default shop for networking stuff.
