Van Constantly Breaking Down

Had a van leased since end of January and broken down more than 10 times. So far cannot replace the van. Has to break down more to warrant exchanging the vehicle. Van is loosing my company a lot of money but being so unreliable and dangerously breaking down at junctions and dual carriageways.

horrendous business practices

They paid our congestions charge then added an additional £35 admin fee on top. We attempted to pay the charge but found out NetworkVehicles got there first (as they were sent the correspondence) and took the opportunity to slap an additional charge on top.

This is clearly a money making exercise for them banned for most financial institutions and banks yet still practiced by this company.

We asked them how can they justify such charge and why couldn't they just let us pay the congestion charge and all they did was repeat the same old rubbish about their terms and conditions.
The chances of accidentally driving through a small section of the congestion zone and being faced with this situation were almost 0 so it's not realistic to base our take up of their contract on this one small term tucked away in masses of text.

This practise should be banned and is totally unjust so be aware when dealing with such companies. Networkvehicles treat incidents like this as an opportunity to mug their clients.

Horrendous customer services, horrendous business practise so be warned.
