In a time of huge stress and worry, Network and in particular, Ollie Goater, continuously went above and beyond to reassure, inform and deliver an extremely competent and honest service. With such a large claim there was always going to be a huge amount of work and Network's time and availability was invaluable when dealing with loss adjusters and insurance companies - many thanks.

I have known and worked with Network for a number of years and always found the team to exhibit both professionalism and friendliness which seem to go to the core of this family business.

Network have looked after us in a commercial and personal capacity since they first opened in 2006. We have always had superb service from the family run business. Any queries or claims have been dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

We are Alderney residents and moved all our insurance to Network and whilst the insurance for our cars remained the same we were able to save £70 pa on our combined household and buildings insurance. Very friendly and efficient service.

We had "an escape of water" from a shower room which made its way into the room below. Once the claim had reach a sticking point and was starting to drag on, Alex was able to liaise efficiently with between the insurer and the assessor in order to reach a resolution that worked for us. Alex was very professional throughout and was proactive in progressing the claim.

I was invited to a financial review by Rebecca Goater at Network. In the past I have been a little skeptical of such reviews, as I am used to making my own financial planning decisions, but I approached this with an open mind. I found this review refreshingly considered and thorough. I found the opportunity to work through and challenge what I was doing from a fresh perspective very useful. I liked Rebecca's structured approach, the level of detail in the analyses, the way the recommendations were supported and justified, plus the additional insights in various areas that I had not been aware of. I would certainly recommend, and will go back again.

We recently had to make a household insurance claim. We understand that due to the Covid-19 outbreak our Insurance Broker had difficulty making contact with the Insurers as the staff were all working from home. Despite the delay in settling our claim our Broker went above and beyond in trying to settle our claim as quickly as possible. He kept us fully informed throughout the duration of the claim. We were very pleased with the service he provided us.

I recently used the financial planning section of Network and found Bex very prompt, informed and efficient to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

We use Network for our car insurance, so contacted the Company about potentially establishing a R.A.T., using a lump sum transfer. I was introduced to Rebecca Goater - a Director and Manager of the Financial Planning Department, who was very professional, efficient and clear during our discussions and in her subsequent formal advice.

I now have a R.A.T. that I am happy with!
