Just like other reviewers, if I could give a zero star, I would! They cover almost nothing and gladly steal your money each month. I called to cancel when I saw they charged me for another month (4... See more

I have been trying to contact pharmacy…
I have been trying to contact pharmacy for over 3 weeks. They are obviously out of business. No phone or website. Every time I call netwell they transfer me for my call to be disconnected. I have also been told by netwell someone would call me with an update which hasn't happened. The free meds is the ONLY benefit I receive for $604 per month. I have only had partial pmt on two claims in over to years. It seems to me that Christian's would want to provide something for the amount I pay each month. Excuse is either claim no received in time or visit not covered. Wish I had NEVER changed. At least with higher costs I had coverage.

Update: ER bill forgiven thanks to Goodbill partnership
The Goodbill program that Netwell partners with was able to get the entire ER visit that my wife had forgiven. This is a great partnership that can help in cases when something is deemed unshareable. Consider us happy customers.

Good luck If anything out of the ordinary happens
Insane response times for any type of billing question or issue. I have my insurance broker working with netwell and we’re still back and forth on a bill that SHOULD be covered for me from a visit in January of 2024. At the time of this comment it’s November 2024

Very unreliable healthshare company. Beware!!!!!!!
I'm a board certified physician, I've been paying over $700/month with this healthshare company for years. I don't typically fall sick hence my contributions have been used to share other people's problems which is good. My wife ended up in the ER very dehydrated, vomiting with abdominal pain. This so called Christian healthshare company refused to cover it because they claim it wasn't emergency. The ER doctor, board certified, even wrote a letter to the healthshare company stating this was medically necessary, yet they refused.
I will tell all my patients and colleagues to stay away from this company. You can't be taking people's money monthly and refuse to cover their bills when they need you most.

My daughter was taken to a hospital by…
My daughter was taken to a hospital by 2 medically trained individuals for head and arm trauma. Newell refused to pay and she has had to leave the university prior to graduation because I now have a $15K bill to pay. You profess to be a Christian organization, caring for those in need, but you refused to cover her her costs despite the roughly $800 a month I pay. The individuals involved listed their credentials and their reasons for transporting her to the nearest hospital. God would be ashamed with your actions.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
You will pay you monthly due, only to use this "insurance" and yes I will call it that because they ADVERTISE as insurance and "Oh as long as you follow the rules and go to healthcare facilities that are in network" you won't have to worry. LIES!!! They will act like they never received a bill so that it's outside of the 90 day grace period for billing and then stick you with the bill. EVEN if you send them the bills yourself. They also will not cover your ER visits even though you were refused to be seen at an urgent care. I've already made a report to the Better Business Bureau and I will be getting a lawyer. Save yourself the hassle and stress. They will not help you and are only out to steal your money.

I feel insurance for the self-employed…
I feel insurance for the self-employed lacks health coverage for Mental Health/Addiction. I pay these high premiums basically for catastrophic event. Mental health is so needed to help those who are in need.

Reimbursement was... difficult. I ended up not getting back hundreds if not more. Many, many hours lost on the phone.

The website never has sharing documents as it says they should. Also, I had several share requests turned down due to not being pre-authorized that I feel should be overturned on the appeal process.
We will wait and see.
