NEVER Order from nettotrailer!!!
Order from nettotrailer with home delivery and pay! Then it will be delivered 20km away from my address! I was at home all day! No help from nettotrailer! Sorry bad luck! No money back!
NEVER order from this company again!!! This looks like a scam!! They don't care about the customer!

Hello,
Sorry about your experiences in our shop - and sorry for our late reply.
We have with great success existed in Denmark for more than 10 years, and have now started up i Sweden some time ago, but today is first day with a Trustpilot profile.
I see that we have been writing emails, and we have appologized for the situation. PostNord state that they did try to deliver the package at your place, but found no-one home.
They then brought the package to the "nearest" pick-up point. Unfortunately it was 20 km away from your address.
We DID try to make PostNord deliver it again at your address, but they refused. They said that it was not possible :-(
I now see that you did pick up the package. We did not see that before.
Because of your inconvenience I have paid back your shipping cost.. it will be in your account in a few days.. and i would again say sorry for all the trouble.
