Two great experiences

Had two brilliant experiences at Nettletons last week. Firstly selling some scrap gold, I was given an initial estimate and then when I came down to the shop to complete the transaction I was informed by Joe I was actually due more than the initial quote which just shows their honesty and integrity as they could easily just have paid the initial amount.
Secondly we took my partners engagement ring down as it was slightly too small, and got the adjustment done as a priority so she could wear it to a family dinner that night. Nothing too much trouble for them and great service all round, will definitely be back for wedding rings!
