I called to the customer service but they don’t give you any answers, they just ask your ordernummer and email and say they going to answer by mail.
To what i wonder, the lady gave me not even time to ask anything.
This is no service at least it feels like that.

Unfortunately order was not exactly the…
Unfortunately order was not exactly the same as on the pictures and description. When our request to change it to other similar and the same type and price order was made, we had to wait for more than week to get some response. We gave two phone calls, but it didn’t help. Finally we received answer that we can arrange only return, but they can’t arrange change of complete order or just details. Return cost 35 euro compare to delivery of the same order 15 euro. In our case change cost: 15 euro (first delivery) + 35 euro (return) + 15 euro (delivery of the same new one) = 65 euro.
If you are not 100% sure, don’t order it from Netrauta.fi ! Try to find the same things from real store to see it or order it from other online store with better return conditions! Unfortunately it’s not always clear description and photo! But return will cost you and take a lot of time!

I was so happy with price
