WORST INTERNET PURCHASE EVER.....

I would definitely rate this company as my worse internet purchase experience.

Chose to buy from Netpriser as they had a particular wine that I couldn't find elsewhere. Having ordered several boxes of this particular wine I was not at all pleased to receive 4 different wines of dubious quality. Of course I wrote an email to complain but no response to that or my follow up email 3 days later. The chat function was also of no help - was told that they would get to my emails in due course and then they hung up. None existant telephone response. That was a week ago and still no reaction. I would definitely advise any possible buyers to stay well clear of this company.
