I like all the various channels but they buffer a lot & some shows are in Spanish and I’m not watching a Spanish show. Example I’ll turn to SyFy and it’s in Spanish not English.

Over the last 6 months their support have not been responsive. Live canadian stations that i watch have freeze frames while audio continues. Also constant buffering.

Horrible service 🤬😤

Horrible service 🤬😤. The only reason I got this service was because of sports channels, and none of the US Sports channels worked. It would show page not found or error playback. On some channels you can hear people talking with a black screen. I’ve reached out to Netflytv customer service and was told that they will fix the problem and this went on for the first week of me getting their service. I asked for my money back as it states on their website “Money back guaranteed” that’s a big fat LIE!! They won’t give me my money back and they keep sending me a new username and password. I’ve changed it 3 times and still the same results. Please proceed with caution ⛔️ with Netflytv. They don’t have 24hr customers service. You may get some channels but most time it’s buffers and you can’t get what you paid for. 15.99 down the drain. I would never 👎🏾 refer this company to use. It’s misleading and not good..

Solid performance with 3 day catch-up…

Solid performance with 3 day catch-up on most UK channels. It would have been nice to have catch-up on the US channels but I've not been able to find any decent service that provides that
Had a small issue with my account being locked out after the VPN connected to a server abroad. But customer service to stella and it was sorted out quickly. EPG is okay, not perfect, but far better than most. It's a little more expensive than most, but worth a little bit extra.
