The most VFM VPS provider I've used. Only downside is their support is literally non-existing, even for the simplest things (like changing your billing info) so keep that in mind.

The price of my hosting increased from €8.2 to €29.9
The price of my hosting increased from €8.24 to €29.91 without any warning. There is no option in the control panel to delete the service or my account. It is unclear whether I need to contact support.
I am trying to stop the billing and delete the services, but it is not possible through the control panel. This is a poor company policy and a poor control panel service.

We'd like to provide some insights in order to clear things up.
First of all, we would like to make clear that we did not raise our prices.
Your contract includes a billing period of 3 months. This means, that every three months, you'll get an invoice for the next three months in advance, which includes the sum of three times the monthly cost of the product. This leads to the sum you pointed out in your review, including taxes of course.
Of this, our support has already informed you accordingly.
The first invoice for the first three months you have received has been cheaper overall because of a voucher, which included two free months.
Furthermore, contracts can be cancelled through our CustomerControlPanel in regards to the relevant cancellation periods for the contract you've chosen.

Good hosting, bad support
The hosting itself is good, but the abuse response team is completely awful. Had a feeling as if though I was talking to ChatGPT, Since they refused to acknowledge any of the things I've said in previous messages and continuously ignored context. I canceled the service since I wasn't able to properly communicate with them.

when every other company is trying to oversell services, netcup just gives you what a webhosting should be. the email service comes included with the webhosting while other providers charge per email per month per GB which is getting ridiculous

Good/simple hosting service
Simple and easy control panel, server works just fine with no issues and had no problems with delivery etc. to access it. Customer support can occasionally be unresponsive. I can recommend it from a hobbyist's perspective for sure, low hassle.
