The course itself was great, the content and skills I acquired over the course are valuable and definitely worth the time. The tutor was also amazing, good delivery and made sure everyone was keeping up. Would definitely recommend them for others looking for similar training

Very informative and well structured lessons carried out by exceptional tutors. Also implements CV employability sessions which help prepare students for the workplace. Perhaps needs to be a slightly longer course to allow space for unexpected delays or interruptions.

I attended a 9 week level 3 digital support course taught by Shahi. Shahi was a great tutor always going out of his to way to make sure we understand everything. The course itself was a bit frustrating as it had a few mistakes in it making things harder for us but it was the first time this course was taught. Overall I really enjoyed the course.

It is good, everything is new to me. if the course has much more AI related assignment, it will be better.

The Tutor was wonderful, supportive, and made the packed compressed course feel a lot better to go through giving my busy work and study schedules. Carol the Tutor was an angel in human flesh.

Break data protection (joke to say they teach online data security). Shared my personal data without my consent. Emails and software are not secure.
Also, most unorganised company. Result, waste of a year. Lie about time frames to sit exams, so you don't sit any.

I contacted them several times about their training course and said I would like to take part, every time their robot answering machine on whatsapp said someone would call me immediately and then no one did. I don't think I ever once got through to a human to talk to. 0/10 experience overall, I have no faith in their courses if this is how difficult it is to even contact anyone at their team.

I recently completed the IT Support course at Netcome, and it was a truly valuable learning experience. Throughout the program, we covered a wide range of concepts, including the six troubleshooting steps, hardware components, networking,ITSM and virtualization. The instructor was exceptionally knowledgeable, with deep industry experience and a teaching style that made complex topics easy to understand for learners at all levels.

The sessions were highly interactive and engaging. The lessons were well-structured, and the teacher always ensured everyone could follow along. I especially appreciated the career coach and the hands-on projects, which helped us apply what we learned in real-world scenarios. The role-play sessions simulating help desk situations were also a great way to build confidence and practical skills.

If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be to include even more practical lab work. I understand this can be challenging in an online format, but with today’s technology and virtual lab environments, it would be great to have more opportunities to build and troubleshoot systems directly.

Overall, this was an excellent and interactive course that provided a solid foundation in IT support. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to start or advance their career in IT.

Great training program, easy step by step guide with a great tutor. Plus, after the 12 weeks online course is over (live via teams 3 hours-4 days a week). There teams career coach, help after the course plus they still support and guide you (hopefully into the IT sections) 6 months afterwards

I went into this course a bit anxious and hopeless for my own sake. Thinking that I'm doing this for nothing, needless to say I've come out thinking the opposite. I entered having no knowledge of I.T support and didn't know anything in regards to the subject. However thanks to the amazing teaching of Doug Brooks, I feel a lot more knowledgeable on the subject. I have never had such an amazing teacher compared to Doug, grateful for this chance to be taught by him. I would recommend Netcom to anyone who is looking to study something technical or related to I.T

I started this course with zero experience in social media or web design, and I’m genuinely amazed at how much I’ve learned. Gary is an excellent instructor and he’s incredibly knowledgeable, and explains things in a way that’s easy to grasp, even for complete beginners like me. From the in's and out's of owning and running a business, to marketing related knowledge, social media platforms, deep-diving into AI, as well as web design. The knowledge is highly valuable and practical.

What really stood out was how empowering it felt to learn skills that directly support marketing your own business. As someone exploring entrepreneurship, I found the content both inspiring and practical, and it’s given me the confidence to take the leap and start building my own brand.

The course also offers a solid foundation for entry-level roles in marketing (but have not had any luck as yet). The only downside was the employability sessions; while well-intentioned, they didn’t add much value for someone who’s already familiar with the job market.

Overall, the Social Media and Web Design is a fantastic learning experience that’s hopefully opened up new possibilities for me. Highly recommended if you're looking to upskill or pivot into digital marketing.

What an amazing experience never would l have thought l would have a blast learning online. I started this course with zero knowledge as to what l was doing but boy do l not feel like l could conquer the world. Do you know l can create a website of my own? Taking the Social Media and Web Design course at Netcom has been such a great experience. My tutor, Gary Murrain Meade, was amazing, very knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to share real-world examples that made everything easier to understand.

I joined the course hoping to learn more about SEO and web design to help me on my entrepreneurship journey, but it turned out to be much more than that. It really opened my eyes to the full process of building a business, from developing an idea and doing market research to creating a proper business plan.

I also learned so much about social media strategy, like understanding customer personas, mapping the customer journey, and planning campaigns using tools like Later.com, Canva, and different AI tools. Gary made every session engaging and full of insight. Honestly, he’s like a walking library of knowledge!

Another great part of this course was the people. My classmates were all friendly, supportive, and always willing to share their knowledge and experiences, which made the learning environment even more enjoyable and inspiring.

Overall, this course gave me the confidence and skills I needed to move forward with my business goals. I’m really grateful for the support from Netcom and would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn practical, up-to-date digital and business skills.
