Don’t waste your money.
Since I’ve had my system which included outdoor modules for temperature, wind speed and rain all but the indoor module failed. I replaced the outdoor temperature module 3 times but it failed again. Now the indoor module will not connect.

There are other company that is mutch more serious.
After a firmware update, the NETATMO thermostat display stopped working correctly. Since it was under warranty, I spoke to the technical service and they told me that it would take 2 weeks to repair it. I've been waiting for 56 days and I still don't know anything, I've sent more than 10 emails and they never answer. The last thing they told me is that they don't know where they put my package and they don't care in the slightest. They answered me here saying that they could contact me, they have not done so either.
