From the outset, our contact with Net-Eco has been fun. My background is in tech, and Brad was brilliant, explaining all the technical aspects to us better than I could to my wife. We transitioned quickly from order to installation.

Enter Charlie and new starter Alfie (not that you would know). Alfie handled the internal solar inverter fit. Without being asked, he removed his shoes, as did Charlie when checking on Alfie. Clearly, both care about customers.

Alfie didn’t mention the wasps, even, turns out we have a nest in the loft. I only found out when asked to pair the inverter to our network.

Meanwhile, Charlie was working in the garage to install a battery, an inverter, an EV charger and a changeover switch. There were a couple of extra problems, which were handled perfectly by the team at no additional cost to us. Thank you, Net-Eco, for the free proper earthing point. The installation was tidy and the work area was left spotless. Thank you both.

By now, with the extra work, it was getting late. Rather than keeping Carlie and Alfie (they had offered), Brad suggested that he come back to train us. So glad he did. We now have four apps that could control how the system works. Brad reduced those to two: Fox for the house and Zappi for the car. Without his guidance, I would not have managed to set them all correctly, and I work in IT.

Was really impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness throughout the company. The prep and planning was excellent with all our queries and questions answered promptly and clearly - important as we are not especially 'tech-minded'. The options for the cabling between roof, inverter/battery, meter and fusebox were clearly outlined and we had a useful discussion on the best option for us and our property. The implementation team were efficient and courteous and completed the work on schedule with a clear outline of the system, operation of the App, etc. Would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of installing a solar system.

I contacted Net-Eco via a recommendation after having a bad experience with another PV company. Lewis called over to discuss what I was hoping to achieve and explained how I could reduce my annual electricity costs by installing PV panels on my garage and main roof whilst storing excess production in a new battery system. He calculated I could reduce my annual electricity costs by around 50% over the year and I am confident this calculation will be fairly accurate given I have already seen a 60% reduction in my running costs over the first 3 weeks of the system being live. Am now also exporting excess power to the grid and seeing some return for this also.
Something very satisfying when you produce your own electricity, especially given the volatility around energy costs.

From start to finish, the whole process of planning, installing and now generating from my 18 panel solar system was seamless. Lewis, Ryan, Saskia provided great support planning the system, whilst Tom, Dan and the team cracked on and had the installation completed without any fuss within a day and a half. A special mention to the Net-Eco scaffolders who in particular had the scaffolding down before the arrival of Storm Darragh. Well done guys.

After some complications due to issues with our building Net Eco changed the plans and communicated in a clear and concise way. Once we had agreed the install they arrived, they fitted and they went in a timely and controlled manner. Add to that they were friendly too! They did what they said they would with very little fuss and most importantly without any disruption to our business!

From the sales rep to the admin lady to the panel installation guys and then the "sparkies" who did the finer electrical connections - all were very professional. They did what they promised when they promised. We are more than happy with the result.

I chose Net-Eco because they understood my requirements and offered a system that I was happy with, which I think really shows they're passionate about decarbonising our electricity system in the most economical way possible. I'm a fan of the simplicity of string inverters over microinverters and they delivered and installed the right mixture of tech and optimisers needed for my project. In addition it was a quick and efficient installation with no issues.

We were really impressed with the knowledge and explanations at our first meeting. The recommendation was superb and we were happy with the price. The install team were fantastic, the guys on the roof polite and friendly. The electricians fantastic , so much had to happen in doors ( in our loft) . However we are incredibly pleased. Electric cost come down to just a £1 a day and most of that is service charge and before first light. Exporting loads to the grid. Support team great. Big shout out for Saskia!

After consulting several other solar companies, NetEco were refreshing in that they did not offer any male cow excrement! No wild promises, no "oohs" and "aahs". Quoted a great price, and did the work on the day that they said they would. Excellent team, on the day, just got on with their work. Polite and efficient. Is it working? We are down from an average £3.50 per day electric cost, to somewhere under £1.

I called Net-Eco for some advice on solar panels. Saskia was helpful and fast to respond and 2 engineers have attended my property today and resolved our issue. They were friendly and helpful and offered to send some extra material to us too. Great service, thank you.
