Nest & Flowers, which should be called Fake and Fraudulent, is a company to avoid entirely—do not click, browse, or order from them under any circumstances.
Once I purchased their “festive lights,” issues arose immediately. Their customer service team, which is fully automated, is designed to be evasive, give false information, and cause confusion, leading to multiple email exchanges.
They have no public phone number. Email responses take days, and their replies are intentionally unhelpful, seemingly aimed at preventing any resolution. This behavior is deliberate.
Despite promising 2-3-day shipping, the product arrived almost 3 weeks later. I wanted to return it because it was late, my event had passed, and I no longer needed it. The Nest and Flowers team’s response was, “We didn't know you needed these for an event.” I have never encountered such nonsense with any online order. (EVER)
Returning products within their stated policy is nearly impossible. When the product finally arrived on December 18th (ordered on November 26th), I was told the return was invalid because it was past the 14-day delivery window—despite it being only December 22nd. They also require you to pay for return shipping, even though you covered the original delivery. (22-18= 4 days, not 14 days)
Stuck with nearly a thousand dollars' worth of product, I opened the box and realized that what was shown and described on Instagram was utterly false. The items are flimsy with plastic bases—precisely what you don't want if you're aiming for aesthetic quality and sophistication, which is heavily promoted on their website.
Do not contact or connect in any way with Nest & Flowers. Facebook has also issued alerts about this company’s scam.
