Struggled to choose between vertuo and original, asked customer service for recommendation and on the opposite, they made my decision more complicated. Finally, followed the AI suggestion and currently enjoying my Nespresso vaniglia.

What a mess of the company! Long story short , ordered capsules from them and waited for 4 weeks for them to arrive, if I wouldn’t call and ask after my order I’m assuming I would be still waiting until now! Also on that 5 times of calling them , someone working there without my knowledge ordered 300 coffee capsules on my behalf! Then surprise in my letter box !!!! Dept collection asked me to pay 2300nok! Wow! Called them back instead of apology they made it look like it’s my fault!
What a disappointment! Shame I have to get rid of new coffee machine as I’m not going to deal with this nonsense ever again! Mb they should employ people in customer service that knows what they actually doing!
Built in self destruct-part of throw away culture
I really enjoyed my milk frother... then it broke… One day it was frothing and it went boom, no liquid underneath, no nothing…boom.... I guess the boom was the fuse going. But something else was broken so I called them said it was out of guarantee but really not old could I pay to have it fixed? no they said.... could I buy a new base in case it's that? no they said... literally you want me to throw out this thing and there's no way of mending it... yes, they said... if it was in guarantee we'd send you a new one... how come business is as massive as these people who have shops in every High Street and who make millions of so-called recycled capsules... how come they are able to behave in this way?... make a good thing and mend it. I'm happy to pay not just throw it away and buy a new one. It's pathetic.... and loathsome anyway first world problems, Lala but if you're thinking of buying anything from Nespresso, I suggest you don't..
DEVASTATING EXPERIENCE WITH NESPRESSO!
Letter to Nespresso dear sir or madam, I am writing this letter to you because the size is now full. My mother bought a new coffee machine from you with a subscription about a month ago. It all started on the wrong foot when you gave the 5 kg coffee machine to my 82-year-old mother in a paper bag which wound up breaking on the way home! instead of just sending it. Then she comes home and it turns out that you gave her the wrong device. After a whole argument over the telephone with employees who were not authorized to make the decision themselves and which resulted in all kinds of callback requests, we finally agreed that you would send the correct device and the old device would be taken away. Received the correct device and then the other device was supposed to be picked up but the delivery person did not want to take the device because you did not send a shipping label. I had to stay home from work to do this for my mother and then it turns out you forgot to send a label. In the meantime, you have charged €59 for coffee that my mother did not receive and are now persistently creating a complicated situation. I am putting this letter in public so that everything that happens from now on is publicly visible. we have lived in the US and we are long term Nespresso customers, and there is a world of difference between service in America and service here. What happened here and how many hours I have now lost due to your mistake(s) and carelessness is really a shock to us. I hope your boss George Clooney doesn't read this.
NESPRESSO misleads in telephone sales
"I am extremely disappointed with Nespresso's customer service. I made a telephone purchase on Saturday 07/20/2024 for a Vertuo Pop Liquorice black machine and they verbally assured me that I could return it without problems if I was not satisfied. Take their word for it and I proceeded with the purchase.
However, when I tried to return the machine two days later, on Monday, as instructed, I was met with a flat refusal from Nespresso. Despite requesting recordings of the phone call to verify what they had promised me, the company has ignored my request, stating that the machine has been used.
The agent who answered the phone to make the sale helped me configure it and link it with the app, that is the use that the machine has had.
In addition to the regulations, it says that if the withdrawal is made within 14 days, whether it is used or not, the return is appropriate.
This lack of transparency and failure to comply with what was verbally agreed is unacceptable. I believe that Nespresso has acted in bad faith and has violated my rights as a consumer.
I am in the process of responding to a formal complaint before the consumer office, since Nespresso refuses to fulfill what it promised me to make the purchase. "I do not recommend anyone to hire the services of this company, much less over the phone, since they do not comply with what they offer and do not respect their clients."
To make the sale everything went well, but to make the withdrawal it took a month for them to respond with a refusal, after complaining every other day.

I recently purchased the Nespresso Aeroccino 3, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the Nespreso policies.
Firstly, the functionality of the Aeroccino 3 leaves much to be desired-it can't just warm some milk ( even more cheaper products offer this feature ). This feature is especially important to me, a mother of two when i am in a rush to just warm some milk for the morning coffee.
Adding to my dissatisfaction is Nespresso’s rigid return policy. The company does not accept returns for used products, which is incredibly unfair. How am I supposed to know if the product meets my needs without trying it? This policy feels like a trap, ensuring customers are stuck with a subpar product once they’ve opened the box and given it a try. Given my experience, I feel this policy is just a way to avoid accountability for a product that doesn't perform as advertised.
Overall, the Nespresso Aeroccino 3 and Nespreso has been a major disappointment

I had a very disappointing experience with Nespresso's online store. I purchased a machine that arrived with a defective button. Despite verifying the issue through an online video call and providing photographic evidence, Nespresso refused to replace the machine, stating that it had been used.
If I had purchased the machine from a retailer like Elkjøp, I am confident that the issue would have been resolved promptly and satisfactorily. Nespresso's customer service was unhelpful, leaving me with a machine that has a persistent defect and no resolution in sight.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and unlike any customer service issue I have faced before. As a result, when my subscription ends, I will no longer be using Nespresso products. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from the Nespresso online store and instead opt for more reliable retailers.
I hope this review helps others make informed decisions about where to purchase their coffee machines.
New coffee machine was leaking coffee…
New coffee machine was leaking coffee after several weeks. After calling support it was replaced with the same model twice!!! Vertuo Pop. Each machine had same problem. I am loosing about 20% of coffee capsules.
customer service keeps telling that its not possible to change with something else, while POP is crap and not working. Each day there is a coffee mess on my table, since it is leaking !

So after 3 times changing Pop Model I got Next model
2 weeks no problem , was very happy. And then it same issue but leaking from different place. Leaking not that much Pop, Pop was loosing 90% of coffee, this one is about 10% and not every time.
I am looking for new vendor. Vertuo machines is just a waist.

Don’t order from this page!! I did the mistake of ordering from here and I still haven’t gotten my coffee capsules! They took my money and the order has not been shipped. When I go to track my order it says that they don’t have any information about it and also it’s impossible to come to contat with them.
