No outlandish claims.
I purchased Nerve Renew(NR) after looking at several similar products on line. I chose NR because it did NOT make outlandish claims. "It took a long time to get like this and will take some time to get better". I could barely walk while in the hospital for appendix. Taking NR relieved the intense burning about 75% after about 6 weeks. It is working for me.

It has not improved my feet so far. My GP read the ingredients in the cream and could see no reason why it should work. I keep hoping but it is getting worse.
