Stay clear of this company. My app will no connect. I have tried all avenues open to me to try and resolve this over the last 2 to 3 month's, without success. Many emails., the online chat room, whatsapp, i even got a reply to a previous review on here, but all to no avail. Save your money as there are plenty of decent providers out there.
Nerdstreamer your customer service stinks!
Purchased a 12 month 2 screen subscription, I have spent more time TRYING to get a response from their so called “Customer Support” when I did get a reply the issue was fixed for 48 hours maximum then no service again, from my 12 month subscription I would estimate I have had 3 weeks of working service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SERVICE. IT DOES NOT WORK.
Their claim of 24/7 customer support via WhatsApp is a joke. Emails are ignored and instant chat is anything but instant, still waiting for an instant chat reply since Nov 2022 it’s now Feb 2023!

Terrible service, Channel don't work half the time, constantly have to refresh, sound out of sync. Terrible customer service just tell me its working on their end and won't give me a refund.
