I made an order through allegro. He paid online, then within a few days I received several emails saying that the delivery would be delayed. In the end, an email arrived that my order was cancelled. I have never experienced this anywhere before. Totally frivolous birdbrains.

Great products that are made well. I bought two 3D STEM puzzles and my partner and father really enjoyed building them.

This box is filling the subscription gap left by many. Very well curated, original products of good quality. Also very good shipping costs, important if you live in Europe. The customer servive is very friendly an extremely helpful. Can recommend to everyone who loves nerdy as hell subscription boxes!

I ordered 2 things that arrived completely broken. Nerd hunters has asked me to return the products so that I can get new ones. I lost 12,- to return the products. Nerd hunters also didn't give me back this money. In addition, I also did not receive any new products. After emailing several times, they are currently ignoring my emails. I am disappointed and regret that this is how customers are treated when broken products are delivered. I lost more money then I actually have spent on the website...

I don't usually write reviews but I have to admit that I was very positively surprised with the quiality of the nerd box itself and the overall customer experience - I really appreciate when the vendor walks an extra mile. Recommed this to all interested people!

I have been ordering boxes for many years and I have never seen such quality items. The selection of items is also at a high level. When talking to store employees, you get the impression that they are more nerdy friends than marketers.

I think this is the future of nerd boxes!

They have a great variety of products, so I am delighted as I have bought gifts for all my friends from one website! I am super curious about Nerd Box, It is going to be my next order.

Delivery of a gift box took over 2 weeks with chasing, instead of 2-3 working days. They happily refunded my postage costs.
The gift box is covered in shipping labels, with no inner box. So I'm going to have to re-package this before gifting it, as the labels didn't come off neatly.
Bit of a disappointing experience and I likely won't order again. I've given stars because the contents are good and I did get postage refunded. It's just a shame about the delivery, packaging and the missed Birthday.

I've personally dealt with Nerd Hunters and I have not once had a problem with them. I get what's ordered, as ordered. I honestly have nothing to complain about.

Really happy with the service. Subscription boxes are actually worth it, and of high quality, unlike some of their competitors'. The t-shirt that I got will definitely last me years as its made to high standard. Can't recommend them enough.

I was just hanging out with a friend and we both decided to subscribe for the regular, retro nerd box. Basically we just bought it for fun, but boy I am surprised...just received our first box and it's actually much more fun and much better than I expected. I might later go for the deluxe version, will see.

For a first purchase I am quite satisfied. Very good customer service (I had some issues with the order, but everything was solved quick and in a polite manner). Since I am a space engineering NERD :P I've ordered NASA backpack (was so hyped for it, and they had it from official line for a good price) and some clothing as an addition. I like the quality of printed elements in particular.
I would suggest a little more accesible information about sizes and maybe there's lack of biggers sizes and more variants of the clothes. But in general I made good purchases, I'll come back in a while to search for more stuff, especially the NASA line.
