I had high hopes for NerdHire.co, but unfortunately my experience was very negative. The platform promises reliable service and skilled professionals, yet what I encountered was the complete opposite.

First, the communication was extremely poor. It often took days to get even a basic response, and when replies did come, they were vague and unhelpful. The support team did not seem invested in solving issues or providing clear updates.

Second, the quality of work delivered was well below expectations. Despite the marketing claims of expertise, the results I received were sloppy, inconsistent, and in some cases unusable. It felt like little effort or care was put into ensuring quality.

Lastly, the entire process was unprofessional. Deadlines were missed without explanation, and when I tried to address concerns, I was met with excuses instead of solutions. For a platform that positions itself as trustworthy, the lack of accountability was unacceptable.

Overall, I cannot recommend NerdHire.co. My experience left me feeling frustrated, disappointed, and like I wasted both my time and money. If you’re looking for reliable service and professionalism, I would strongly advise exploring other options.

I can’t help but tell myself I should of listened to the reviews this website is a complete scam good for nothing I paid their highest price 150$ to have a someone as dumb as a rock score me a zero these guys are a fraud ring they know shi* about anything RUN !

If you are reading this, it probably means you are desperate trying to pass a class; and trust me i've been there. This is why i am writing this review.

I have just finished using Nerdhire for my last class as a undergrad senior, so let me tell you the cold hard truth.

Are they legit? Yes, but the way the communicate with you will make it seems like a scam. TRUST THE PROCESS
You will be contacted and making your partial payment through different website and email which is totally normal.
They are responsive to email, but make sure to keep them updated with any changes within the course DAYS AHEAD OF TIME!
They will take care of deadlines, and setup exam time with you!
EXAM!!! proctored online exam, you will need another person by your side to help you, while Nerdhire send you answer!

Horrible! Run as fast as you can! They referenced the wrong professors name on my assignment, and on top of that, they failed to follow the instructions on how to submit, and got me a fat ZERO! When I demanded my refund, they then took it upon themselves to fraudulently contact my professor, as though they were me, but from a totally different email, and tried to resubmit the assignment! Run away! Do Not Use !

They are always demanding of payment even after you pay your expected amount when due they still harass you for additional payment they also don’t always do the work on time and also give out the wrong assignment to you and ignore your inquires when you reach them

I was sketched af at first because of the way the format is set up on their emails it seemed fake but they got me a B on my chemistry 101 Exam and it all worked out! If you’re failing a class or need help with any subject they will find a tutor for you and get you to pass whatever class you’re in! They’re most experienced in chemistry so if you’re struggling in that subject I recommend using them!

I enjoy learning and never considered a tutor until recently when I had math courses lingering in order to progress towards graduation. I was in tears wondering how I was going to pull off passing these math requirements while keeping my high GPA important to me for future academic ventures. I skeptically reached out and explained how I wanted to learn as much as I could on my own in this fast paced class but I needed help. I was unsure where I would need help & hoped to do assignments myself with tutoring from them but assumed I would need more assistance with the quizzes and tests. I’m very Type A so things started off a bit rocky mostly bc I didn’t know what to expect and how to communicate it all to my tutor advocate. I don’t procrastinate bc my anxiety gets the best of me if I do and that was where the disconnect initially occurred. Once I understood that I still stayed engaged and involved in the process by updating what was in the pipeline, and then checking in with info regarding what the subject matter was going to be either on the test or quiz days before then day of, they never failed my expectations. If I had any concerns even during the confusing beginning, they were Johnny-on-the-spot and returned my email quickly. I highly recommend (I don’t pass along stellar reviews absentmindedly either) this group for homework assistance. I’m grateful for them and their part in helping me reach the finish line in a fast paced class that I couldn’t possibly do without them. The bonus is too that it takes the pressure off so I can actually work at my pace to learn the subject matter without the fear and anxiety of a poor grade and keeping up with all the nuances of math content I frankly never learned decades ago in my first go-around in college.

I was told they would be able to help me out with my exam after having given them the exam a day before. Then the day of 2 hours before it's due they tell me they cannot do it and asking me if I could give them more time??

All coursework was completed on time and averaged an A for my classes that were completed.

This was my second attempt at getting help from this company. The first time was a nightmare, but I figured I would give it another try. I paid for help on two assignments, $125 in total. On the same day, I was happy to see that one of the assignments was completed but the grade was a C. They guarantee money back if you do not receive an A or B. When I reached out I was guaranteed a credit or partial refund for that quiz, but when it came time to issue it they claimed that they did not complete the work. WOW?! I am the only one besides my professor that has my information. I did not pay $125 just to be an idiot and complete my own work. It’s upsetting because I am working double shifts and just needed a bit of help. Now I am going to have to jump through hoops for a refund. My advice is to try a different company!!! They will take your money and will not refund you when they screw up, nor will they take accountability.

I tried to get a quote and see if I could get a lower price and the rep who reached out to me was very rude and told me basically to go somewhere else with my BS. I called the company and. The same guy answered me and he told he was a supervisor and I asked for his name and he wouldn’t give it to me. i told him I wanted to talk ti someone above him and he said no and said goodbye. What IS THIS?

Have used them twice and both times have met expectations. Everything is done timely and I didn’t have to worry about class assignments being done on time. Would recommend to anyone.
