Extremely unprofessional and delayed…

Extremely unprofessional and delayed service

I had a terrible experience with Nepbridge. It took them nearly 4 months of constant chasing just to release my certificate after I completed my course. Communication was incredibly poor, and they kept ignoring my messages until I had to involve the Highfield awarding body directly.

Furthermore, the environment was not professional. The instructor made inappropriate, disrespectful, and discriminatory remarks about women working in the security sector from day one.

When I requested compensation for the massive delay and travel expenses, the management simply ignored my emails again. I highly recommend looking for another training provider if you want to save your time and nerves.
