Really great and reliable website to open vaults to get awesome Pokemon or one piece cards shipped straight to your door

Whomever or whatever controls the pricing as well as the thumbnails for each card/slab, is VERY inaccurate. Their moderater in discord gave the most blanketed response humanly possible, and they obviously will not honor any such error, only correcting after the fact whilst the user is out any such difference. Do better.

A genuinely fun experience. The site is easy to maneuver, the layout is clean, and the people and staff are some of the best you can find. Delivery might be slow depends on the order but it always comes in clean.

Man where do I start! Neovault is the best platform I’ve ever joined and I’m a member of a lot of these sites.

First of all let’s start with the shipping and hand picked sourced only the best cards! All the cards I’ve got from Neovault are all grade A quality Beckett worthy!

Second the community is the best community hands down. I can log in and never even play because the chat is awesome and we are almost like family. Everyone is cheering for you to win and so welcoming.

Third and last the customer service is S tier! Not only the people running this site are amazing with communication they are actually part of the community as well! They are such a great team and I want to shout them out and actually got to know the team and became friends with them.

I’m so glad I found Neovault I’ll never go back to any other sites besides my home Neovault!

Won a bunch of sealed Ascended Heroes product including an ETB and it was delivered!

Multitude of things went sideways. Need a better face and voice for the company. Tons of favoritism towards certain players by mods and staff.

Loves to ban accounts from chat for no reason, loves to allow people to cuss others out, mods seems to favor other users more then some, staff members are not helpful and also cater to some users and mods more then others.

They have no contact info for when you wanna close your account, send a ban lift from self exclusion which was put in place without user permission.

They are also paying people to write these reviews just to look "good" which is against all rules.

Some of the mods seem to favor others in chat. Some users just allow poor language use and can make people feel uncomfortable at times. I keep my mouth shut and just do what I can do I don't get in trouble or get kicked.

bug infested site, delivery takes forever and when you get your cards they are bad quality its obvious they dont check them before shipping. also theyre paying people 5 dollars worth of game currency for reviews which is against trust pilot tos

Neovault seems to be on top of the game right now. Found this site not to long ago, they keep it nice and updated all the time! Staff always ready to help out if you encounter any problems. Community around it is very friendly, love to spend more time on here in the future!
