Neotrades is a solid brokerage option for retail forex traders, offering a range of account types, access to multiple asset classes, and the advantage of Copy Trading.
However, the limitation to only the MT5 platform might be a drawback for some traders who prefer more platform choices. With the including of additional trading platforms, Neotrades could undoubtedly become an even more appealing choice for traders of all levels.
With their minimum deposit requirements it is obviously they are targeting more experienced traders... well in that case you need to provide them with more options.

Here is list of a few of benefits I have noticed in couple of weeks I interacting with this company.
First, the registration and account verification procedure was simple and straightforward. I provided everything that was required of me and in return I got access to trading. Great!
Next was depositing. Here everything went quickly and without problems. I was pleasantly surprised that there are no commissions for deposit.
What's next? Next was installation and customization of the broker's trading platform. And here I met my good old friend - MetaTrader. I have only positive associations with this platform, so I am satisfied with this meeting.

This is a scam company. I saw their ad in fb and contacted them for signals, they collected my documents and misused to signup with many other services, i detected this scam using the email address and unique phone number i shared to them.

Also they sold my personal details i keep getting 100's of calls every week from them and their affiliated partners, it has not stopped yet. I raised many support tickets

#328536 and #328042 and they have not stopped yet. I am from bahrain. this is heavily GCC targeted scam.

I initiated refund application last Friday (23062023) and surprisingly not even a mail from their side which raises a red flag, later I talked to customers support, first I was told it will be max 3 working days. when I approached again after 3 working days I was told the finance is analysing my application. JUST WOW WHAT A GREAT SERVICE. Today I receive a mail that a reminder has been sent to concerned department but my refund application is still pending at account. And looking at the beautiful reviews here it seems nobody had tried asking for refund which I think is the first step to confirm that your account details and broker's finance is on same page.

As soon this review went out I received a call from Neo with the explanation mentioned in my review response. AH I received my deposit money refunded today and thank ful for that.

But what I understand from this episode that the customer service and finance need much improvement.

I was a man who was always against trading and thought trading to be a waste of time and money. However Milan from Neo Trades have managed to convince me to start small and play safe. He is always available to support me and has never told me to put money unnecessarily in anything that I have no idea in. Thanks to him and Neo trades i have found a new purpose and a secondary source of income. Milan is the best!
