My account got blocked they said me login with other ip. I told them all things in mails. In turkey always changed ip address when network modem got reset. They said me confirm etc. etc. I do all things and I'm confirm but they dont reply my mails 1 month almost. I cant using my account. Im wait they unblock my account.

I sent several emails, they responded once and I gave them the details and no one wants to respond since May 12th and I kept trying to contact them but no one answers. I bought a 100e voucher and I can't use it because I can't complete the account that has been blocked/closed since I made it. If it's not resolved as soon as possible I will definitely give up this payment method. Ticket no. 00470690
Edit: After 2 weeks of waiting and many emails sent, you replied that my account is permanently blocked by a Compliance team for no reason and you don't even want to say why. You call this solved when customers lose money without being able to use the service they paid for. So I don't recommend anyone to buy neosurf, after my experience with them it is a scam and they lie to your face.

Frustrating experience with Neosurf's customer support! Signed up for an account expecting 24-hour manual verification, but it's been 3 days (72 hours, not 24 😅) and still no response. Emails have gone unanswered, and the lack of support is disappointing. Ticket #00471658 has been ignored. Neosurf's claim of 24-hour support seems to be more like 240 hours 😂. Looking to share this experience on Trustpilot to warn others. Has anyone else had a similar issue with Neosurf's support? 🤔

Balance not being paid out. So,I return to this saga. Having been requested to upgrade, which i did, and since I had other matters to deal with. Today, I tried to have a bank transfer of the balance. The account is blocked for reasons unknown. Neosurf upgraded the account and did not specify any other actions required on my part. I AM NOW REPORTING NEOSURF TO THE FCA AND PRA, AND POTENTIALLY TO THE SERIOUS AND ORGANISED CRIME UNIT. I suspect the entity has questionable transactions and conduct. Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I would rate zero, Despite registering to withdraw my money or pay online it's just impossible. Every time there is something wrong, account freeze, you need a Digital Cash account. I finally got a support ticket number 00470318. They will ask for it and nothing will happen. It is a total scam, I do not understand how their CEO Andrea McGeachin can show her face online and how come governments still allow them to sell vouchers through local shops!! They now 21/05 replied to me and guess what...it is not resolved. I had to go through the upgrade process again and send my ID again. Next I can anticipate what is going to happen, back to square one!

Neosurf is the worst. I made an account and deposit money. I wanted to pay on websites where was neosurf payment option and neosurf didn't allow me to pay. After 2 days they blocked my account without any reson and I lost all money. Support just ignore my mails. Terrible scammers

I buy 2 tikets one in roterdam and one in amsterdam from 100€ total 200€ i try to use and said is BLOCKED i can not use i try to use the account also and don’t take my Id i Need use the money for Work and i can not use…. It's been 3 years and they still wont give me my money after countless mails
I have 452€ which i withdrew from my account before it got blocked, on the site they will say your withdrawal went through but that'll not be the case. This is the mail i got after insisting for weeks to have at least the money i withdrew:
"Following analysis your account has been blocked permanently by the Compliance Team. Any funds are frozen in line with our protocols. To avoid any inappropriate use of your myNeosurf account, its operation has been permanently restricted."
Obviously i will take legal action to make clear this company is a complete scam, and the voucher themselves are a method to let you deposit money, and then steal them from you when you actually hit the account limit.
My message to all the people around the world is to not trust this company, do not make any deposits, as eventually they will block your account and take your money and only legal action can make you justice. Lets work together to make sure the true shades of this scammy company come to light, i learned my lesson the hard way but that doesnt mean you have to. Stay safe!
