I ordered a lightsaber from Neo Sabers on May 24th with a verified shipping address in Mexico. The item was marked as “delivered” on June 12th, to Houston, Texas, a completely different country from my actual location.
I triple-checked the address I submitted, it was correct. This is not a small shipping mistake, it’s a complete failure to fulfill the order. I immediately reached out to their customer support with proof (order confirmation, tracking, delivery location), and as of today, no real response, no refund, no replacement.
This company’s customer service is nonexistent. You're on your own if anything goes wrong. I’ve now had to file a formal dispute with my bank, and it may take up to 180 days to resolve, just to recover money for something I never received.
If you're thinking of buying from Neo Sabers: don’t. The risk is not worth it. If they screw up, they vanish. Pretty website, terrible business.

As of now Neosabers refused to return my messages or authorize a return.
They will not respond.
It took over a month to get my sabers, when I got them they are cheap garbage. The voices in the system are Chinese. They brand themselves to be expensive high tech, but are cheap and low quality.
It’s been almost 3 weeks since I requested my return and they STILL have not gotten back to me.

Despite my best efforts and successfully driving traffic and sales, the commissions never came. As of now, NEO Sabers owes me a total of $1,560.53 in unpaid affiliate commissions. I made multiple attempts to contact their support team regarding this issue, but my messages were completely ignored. The promises they made during our initial conversations have proven to be hollow, leaving me frustrated and disillusioned.
The Lack of Transparency
What’s even more concerning is the lack of transparency. NEO Sabers has made it impossible to track earnings or get any information about the status of payments. There’s no dashboard update, no communication, and no way to confirm whether they are actually paying affiliates—or if this is simply a scheme to get free promotion while keeping commissions for themselves.

If you are an affiliate marketer, or someone considering promoting NEO Sabers, I urge you to reconsider. It’s clear that they are not reliable, and they are not honoring their commitments to affiliates like me. To protect yourself and your reputation, I strongly recommend you stay away from NEO Sabers. There are many other legitimate affiliate programs out there that value their partners and pay them fairly for their efforts.

Update the didn't give the courier my contact information which resolve and the company send my package back and now neo sabers want me to pay for backsend and chrage a another 60€ for the sending of my order thats 180€ total shipping cost!

Purchased the buy one get two sabers on May the 15th and have still not received or even got a tracking number for my order. Contacted them by email and got the due to high orders shipping is delayed.
So I ordered on the 20th of May a lightsaber that was on sale. As of June 6th I still haven’t received any package whatsoever. I contacted them via email, phone even Instagram and none of it worked they do nor reply back at all. I chatted with an agent on their website, at this point I do that every day, and when they answer its always the same thing “We apologize for the delay. We’re working on getting your order delivered as soon as possible.” I was even sent an email with the tracking number after days of contacting with no answer. My package has been sitting as “Label Created” for a whole 9 days. Fedex cant even find the location of said place where my package supposedly is and they of course have the same problem as I, which is that they are unreachable. Overall, horrible experience I wish I never wasted a cent on this trash. company. The world’s worst customer service.
I advise everyone reading this to avoid dealing with them as they are S-Tier SCAMMERS!

I made my order on May 8th. As of now June 6th, still have not gotten any update. They are impossible to reach. I chat with someone on sales from their website and they state my order was shipped but they can't tell me a tracking number. They keep mentioned thats logistic's job. Apparently that was two weeks ago but i have not received single email nor any update on my order being shipped. They keep saying wait and it will update. Why would shipping info be updated two weeks after being shipped. And if its two weeks, I should have recived the item by now. I asked them show me a screenshot of them seeing my order is shipped and they go radio silent. I feel like they are lying to buy some time and when asking for proof or mentioning of cancelling / refund they completely ignore you. I waited for their chat person to comeback which they never did so i used a different email and surprise they reply right away.

I ordered a $469 Original ASW (Anakin Skywalker) EP3 Xenopixel V3 / 36" (92cm) on April 8th, and it shipped on time. The packaging was normal, and I was super excited to charge the lightsaber and turn it on. When it "charged" the sound quality was full of static, it kept saying "please recharge" even though it was plugged in for half the day, and the saber itself faintly lit up before crackling and completely shutting itself down.
I tried reaching out to the company over their support email with all the proper documentation and within the specified window of when to handle returns. I only wanted a replacement and not get a refund. They assured me that they would look into the issue and email back when they have an answer from their engineers. I waited two weeks with no response and sent a follow up email. I got the same exact response from them, and said they're "working on it". It has been another two weeks since then, so it has been over a month without any sort of resolution on their end. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get a really nice lightsaber. If it ships to you and it's damaged, good luck trying to get a replacement or refund.

Ordered my "Hunter" lightsaber on the 24th of May and says it will be dispatched within 7-10 days and i've still not had an email regards to an update on my order! They've sent me a breif email on why my order is taking so long and it's due to "Star Wars Day" order's still being processed and being dispatched. if that's the case, maybe consider getting a few more employee's in to work on these orders instead of holding a massive line of angry customer's who will end up doing the same thing i'm doing right now and writing this review... Seems alot of orders are taking a incredibly long time even if it's not set during a special event... Other suppliers such as Vaders Vault & ES Sabers dont seem to be having the same issue.
NEO Sabers was advertising for a "short" May 4th buy 1 get 2 free sale of lightsabers. That sale continued to get extended, I placed an order May 9th and was told that it would process in 3-4 days and ship within 5-7 days. As of June 2nd, I still have not received any shipping info, tracking info, or the product and the site is still placing ads for sales and now the buy one get 2 has been extended for father's day. I've reached out to them via facebook, their website, and phone repeatedly and been told that due to high order value, shipments are delayed, and at one point was promised that the order would go out the following Monday - it didn't. This site is nothing but a scam, all to happy to take your money but will not send the promised item, while they continue to take on more orders and claim they are shipping out quickly.

Placed an order on 18May that was supposed to ship in 3-5 days. They doubled the hold, which lasted 6 days after the charge was cleared. I received no updates other than the confirmation email and their phone is answered by a generic message from Google saying the customer is not available. I'm hoping they reach out in response to this as they seem to respond to complaints here better than they do their listed points of contact.

Took 3 weeks to get my products. They came poorly packaged from china..despite their chat employees claiming in-house production. The replica LSW hilt is missing pieces and I've been ghosted on their support emails. The speaker sounds terrible. Batteries last 20 minutes MAYBE. The 2 free sabers are just absolute junk with broken pre loaded fonts. I will purchase from reputable companies going forward. Reduced to one star due to them ignoring me over a fricken spring..come on..I spent almost 400 dollars..

Before doing research I assumed neosaber was a trusted company, until I found out they are hit and miss. Customers have stated they have had okay to terrible experiences with them. I decided to cancel my order and asked for a refund. They originally emailed me saying it was cancelled and that I would receive it in 1-3 business days, that was two weeks ago. I'm pretty sure I got scammed and it sucks because I was going to buy my first saber for my birthday this month. You live and you learn.

Placed an order and followed up early to ask if it could arrive within a week. The response? A generic “your order is expedited” with no tracking number, no shipping confirmation, and no real update.
I know what “expedited” is supposed to mean — and here, it clearly doesn’t mean much. It felt like a way to stall, not a sign of actual movement.
If you’re expecting reliable service, transparency, or timely delivery, I’d look elsewhere. Product might be cool, but the customer experience? Not worth the headache.

DO NOT buy from this company. They are a scam. They still have not fulfilled my order and shipped out. Ordered on 16th. They gave me a BS Tracking # after 2 weeks of asking in emails. A shipping label was created and has been sat on going into May 1st. Nothing even shows on the Shop App for my 2 orders. They recently added "Ships from USA, but that's NOT true. When I ordered on the 16th that wasent even listed.
Im going to take this as a loss
Shop somewhere else like NSabers (I just received my saber) ,Vader Vault, Art Sabers. You get your Saber in like 1 1/2 weeks maybe less and they are movie Replica accurate. Spend the $500-$1000 to get a saber you want. Do your research if this is your 1st Lightsaber.
Never trust a website that is the 1st choice in a Google search.
