Bad sizing I would Not Recommend

Bad sizing, if you order in the USA you are going to get European size, they will NOT give your Money back, plus you have pay shipping for return, and then to exchange you have to pay again for shipping and taxes, the quality of the cargo bids are not that good, better off getting it here with a local manufacturer

Poor quality

Poor quality - avoid!
I was a very loyal customer, promoting NeoPro to friends and suggesting they support a local Australian business. Multiple pairs of knicks lasted less than 10 rides. I contacted them expecting good and friendly customer service. Unfortunately I received the opposite. I was told the knicks are 'safe' to wear and I should continue wearing them. No cyclist should ever wear see-through knicks!
I contacted the NeoPro owner directly and have not received a response. My experience is:
1. Poor quality
2. Don't care about customer service or experience

Had been a very devout and Happy Neopro…

Had been a very devout and Happy Neopro customer until this last shipment. I took part in the summer clearance sale which was All Sales are Final. I get it I purchased 2 items where Neopro specifically mentions sizing down a size, so I did. I got them and they are soooo big I can't wear them. I reached out and basically got tough luck from them. I understand it is all sales are final but I purchased based on their sizing recommendations. I will purchase elsewhere from now on.

Won't return money for bad sizing.

Ordered 3 items in a size (I always order) that were all too small. I ordered the same size from a competitor and had no size problems. I tried to return and was only offered a credit. I don't want a credit I want my money returned. Despite explaining the ACCC legislation to them (they have to offer a full refund) they have not offered me a return. Emails are rude, Cowboys! stay away.

Bad customer service.

My partner ordered a set for a birthday present. As soon as the order was confirmed I saw that it was being sent to the wrong address and messaged the company within 5 minutes to change the address, was told that it could only be changed by the post office. The post office then said it could only have been changed by neo pro. The parcel was sent back by neo pro, who then said in order for the parcel to be delivered to the correct address, an additional delivery fee would be required.

Terrible customer service, terrible communication. We would rethink ordering from them in future.

Not sure why so many complains about costumer service ,contacted costumer service once they respond not at same minute but they did, product is great that’s all it matters
Even if you are not sure with the size you need they would help you , maybe things had changed since I been ordering for a while and had not contact costumer service
But 0 complains ride safe

Second time ordering from neopro

Second time ordering from neopro. Their quality is good. But there's no customer service. The first time I had noticed the wrong size was ordered, tried to contact them, but they don't have anybody you can talk to directly. They claim this keeps costs down. So I just refused delivery, something we have in the USA that keeps us from being ripped off by the mail order company. They still decided that they didn't have to refund me, and charged me an additional eight dollars for shipping. I'm a retired senior, who has a limited income. But you keep seeing the same models they have had for ten years, smiling at you with their stupid grin. Like we here in Australia don't really give a darn about you Americans, please continue to give us money. Two years almost passed, and I liked what I received from them, and they had another sale. I ordered two items from them, both at size 4XL. After about an hour I received the invoice and noticed that one of the items was listed as 5XL. Now once, I can understand taking the blame for ordering the wrong size, I guess it happens, but the only time it happens with me, is when I order from Neopro. So this second time is kinda suspect. But I figure, OK, I'll send it back and get a credit. But it says that the item was a closeout and closeout aren't returnable. So now I'm stuck with a clothing garment that doesn't fit 😒 Like the one ad, Foster's is Australian for Beer. NeoPro is Australian for ripoff.

NeoPro - cheap product - No customer service

Unless you are prepared to be out of pocket I wouldn't trust this company at all.

Cheap brand equals cheap customer service - Sorry I should actually say no level of customer service. They have turned me from an advocate to a detractor in one transaction! And why to save $15 on postage. I reluctantly put up with it the first time but the second time is outrageous. Encourage you to read all their 1 star reviews around sizing being misleading or just plain wrong and no refund options!

Now this company is online only so you have no choice but to TRUST their sizing chart as you can't try the product on anywhere. I purchased a $140 jacket and my husband was right in the middle of a medium according to the dimensions they supplied. The jacket arrived and it was too small.

They take no responsibility for this and as a customer you have to pay for return shipping on your own and they make you jump through hoops with supplying all this information, coming back to their site after you have shipped and entering the shipping number - all just a pain. You can't even trigger an online return from within your online account you have to email them to get them to send you the instructions. Just terrible. Once you have shipped it and you are out of pocket you then have to wait until they receive your order and process the return - and they will only give you a store credit - again take no responsibility for the product selling out. So you can't order a new one until the credit is processed.

I did all this and then ordered a Large. This then arrive and was also too small - and this is when I lost it. Again no responsibility, their sizing chart is clearly wrong, they will not pay for return postage - even on the second time I have to return the same product o them, in fact they actually stopped responding to my emails. So I am now down $35 + $140 I spent originally

I don't want the jacket anymore but I still can't get a refund!!!! terrible terrible customer service. Be very very careful buying from them - suggest you pay a little more for a product where the customer actually has some rights and they treat you with respect

Crap horrible service

Crap horrible service. This review was a long time coming. I bought at least four cycling jerseys from them last year. No problems and actually appreciated the price over quality. Then i purchased two clearance item jerseys in size Large, the same size as the other purchases i made. The damn things are two sizes too small. Not kidding. Literally i couldnt even get them on. Of course i could have gained 43 lbs overnight but short of that, the f-ing reason it was on clearance was the a-holes knew they were defective. I reached out three times before I received the obligatory “all sales final” FU. NEVER AGAIN. you broke into a market with value priced cycling stuff w decent quality. The reason you suck now w your crap 3.8 rating is you stopped caring or never cared about service. And now there are no fewer than four companies selling similar merch with high quality service ratings. This is what you deserve. Treating consumers w such disregard will always explode in your face which is exactly what would happen if i tried to put on one of those F-ing toddler jerseys you sold to me as size large. Anxiously awaiting your going out of business sale.

Clothing destruction

I ordered a top from neopro in the wrong size (an easy mistake to make when ordering online). Having tried it on (for a matter of minutes) I decided it was too large. They don't allow you to swap items, so I had to pay to return it and purchase another top. Double postage is always annoying, but hey, it happens. In the meantime, I purchased a second smaller top.

Stupidly I removed the label before trying on the first top as I have lots of their kit already. Neopro did stipulate if the label was removed, and additional "admin" fee would be charged, and a delay in the refund time.

How much could they charge, eh?

It turns out they WON'T refund it or provide a store credit. In fact, they will DESTROY the top (for free!!l) unless I pay a fee to get the top that doesn't fit back!!!!

Oooh decisions... I only have 6 days to decide before jersey D-Day!!

Outrageous. Don't buy from Neopro!!!

Misleading

Agree with the Shonky review. Items ordered 3 weeks ago, listed as in stock at time of order. These items still have not shipped, but there have been wild updates about the reasons for the delays. Only received a partial order to the warehouse, Rail strike, and now the receiving agent. Oh, but their warehouse staff is standing by. Each email casting blame on other parties, when the overall appearance is these items were not in stock and were being produced AFTER orders were accepted. Which is fine if this is how the order is represented BEFORE placing the order

As a comparison, I have also ordered (and received) kits from two other Australian companies during this time frame with zero delays due to strike, not receiving orders from the manufacturer or customs holding up orders.

Joke of a company

I have ordered hundreds of things online over the past 20+ years and never dealt with such incompetence.

Here was my experience:

May 28th: placed order for an "in-stock" item

June 4th: after 1 week waiting for a shipping confirmation, they tell me they don't have the item

June 7th: there is a worker strike, and they don't know when they will get a new shipment of goods

June 10th: they said my item was not affected by the strike and it should be sent soon

June 11th: no, sorry the item is out of stock. but we can give you the same item in purple.

June 13th: after replying that I didn't want that color but was open to others, they said fine but that will be an extra $12. LOL this is what kills me. after waiting over 2 weeks of my order to be shipped, you are going to charge me $12 for a different color?

June 16th: they canceled my order without asking and refunded the money (at least they did that promptly?)

Just a massive headache to deal with.

Strange review Nick - you can literally google it and see what we are saying is true from so many individual sources. The reason has been the same the whole time.

Further when we have contacted you about this we have said you can have a FULL REFUND, or STORE CREDIT of 110% of the value of the order you placed... Or, wait until it can be delivered within a few days. We are emailing every few days with updates to keep customers updated.

So we gave you 3 options, and you choose to come on here and write this review?

Not surprised the other review you gave on Trust Pilot was also a 1* review for something outside the other businesses control too...

We will gladly give you a refund, as we have willingly offered you even before this ridiculous review.

Sizing is bad, return policy TERRIBLE.

The “medium” shorts are small. They can’t be returned because I took the tags off to wear them.

If they are returnable, you can only get store credit.

Clearly they don’t stand behind their product.

Hi Donald. Sorry you did not like the experience with us. However we stand by our brand new products that we sell.

Our returns policy on every single product page states products must be returned in brand new condition with tags attached

When lodging a return request, it re-iterates that and says it must have original tags attached

Further, it states on the tag that you removed itself "once tag has been removed item can no longer be returned". It is also snap-locked into place meaning you need scissors or a knife to cut it off.

Why did you remove the tags, with all these messages in place, BEFORE you knew they fit you?

We don't want to be selling used clothing to our customers. It is common practice for this and is the best way for us to guarantee the kit hasn't been worn.

Hopefully your review gives other future customers comfort in the fact they are only buying brand new, un-used products.

I am sorry you did not have a good experience however I do not know what else we could have done to help you follow returns policy.

Great quality kit, tiny outlay

I first bought a NeoPro long sleeved jersey about 2 years ago as I was fed up by the prices of other clothings brands. I went for a large but found it was too small. So, I sent it back for a replacement XL, which came with no dramas. Fitted perfectly and there is absolutely no difference to any other bike clothing brand. Since then I have bought 4 other jerseys, a gilet, a winter jacket, bibs & socks.
I would absolutely 100% recommend NeoPro to anyone for superior clothing at great prices. The jersey I bought 2 years ago looks pretty much new.
FYI: Currently riding 250km + per week

Worst customer service, won't give you your money back.

I bought a cycling jersey from NeoPro Cycling on 4/18/24. I paid for expedited 1-2 day shipping and it wasn't delivered until 4/25/24, that was the first issue. I tried getting in touch with them over this but all I got was a "you'll hear back from us within 72 hours" email. They never responded after that. Next, when I tried the cycling jersey on it fit horribly. It's made for women who have large chests and long torsos and I do not have either of those. The fabric bunches up completely in my midsection and there's no making it go away even if I pull it down. NeoPro cycling states on their site that customers can only exchange on their website and they do not refund you. I reached out again on 4/28/24 pleading that they take their product back and give me my money because there's no point in exchanging my current jersey with another one of theirs because the same issue will happen. They sent an automatic message SECONDS later saying that I can return by store credit and buy something else. I responded asking if they read my email at all and that I cannot wear the jersey, they did not respond. I reached out again on 4/29/24 asking for any number for customer service and they responded on 4/30/24 with "This is an automated response to let you know we've received your message. For general inquiries, you will hear back from us within 72 hours from the receipt of this email." they also expressed not to respond in that same email chain because it will push it back to the end of the queue. I waited a week for them to respond.. a week, and I heard nothing. My last resort was to reach out to them on social media (instagram) since that's the other form of contact they suggest on their site which is really weird. I tried commenting on their posts and heard nothing back. I sent them two direct messages on instagram, one on 5/4/24 and one on 5/7/24 and I never got a response. Personally I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.. if you're willing to buy something online and risk it not working out, good luck getting in touch with them.

If I could give them a negative I…

If I could give them a negative I would. Ordered bibs then a friend told me to up a size, the same day, I tried every means possible to get them to change the order. They shipped the Large bibs. They never answer emails, facebook, anything. Had to send back because they were to small. One had already been unpacked once as the label was unhooked, there but unhooked. That is the pair I tried on.
The pad in them is almost nonexistent and you can’t get a refund only company credit. I sent back following instructions to the letter and received notice they had got them. Haven’t heard a word from them.
If I could figure out a way to expose these guys I would be all over it.

This rating relates to process

This rating relates to process, not to the obvious high quality of the garments. Three aspects got in the way of me being able to enjoy my purchase:

1. The size guide has overlapping dimensions. I had two choices of a correct size. As they were the gravel tops, a new style for me to try, I didn’t have a top to compare to the size guide. Unfortunately I chose the wrong size.

2. The returns process. All that is offered is a store credit, rather than a swap. I bought two tops at sale prices. By the time I received them, even though I arranged the return straight away, the price had gone back to full price. So I have a credit that I cannot use to get what I originally purchased, just in a smaller size. I also paid postage on the purchase, on the return, and once I get over the annoyance, I’ll have to pay postage on the correct size.

3. I sent two emails to Neopro on 22/3 and 3/4, explaining this situation and hoping I would get a response along the lines of, ‘no worries, we’ll send out the right sizes to you’. Instead I got no response to either email.

For first time purchasers like me, I can only recommend you pay super close attention to the size guide, especially if you are buying items on sale. Once you have your size right, these things won’t impact you.

Ordered an XL long sleeved jersey

Ordered an XL long sleeved jersey. I'm 186cm/90kg, the jersey fits as a 3/4 sleeve. I emailed neopro and got a generic bot answer, next I tried facebook and they blocked me. They actively supress reviews and feedback. The material is also the least breathable of any jersey I've worn. Cool autumn mornings at slow pace have me sweating where I'd normally be dry as overcooked toast.

Worst Customer Service

I am big fan of NeoPro products and have achieved Gold status since they started the rewards program! You can imagine how much hard earned $$ I’ve spent on NeoPro products! In my recent purchase, the jersey I received was a returned product, ie it didn’t have the clear baking paper like paper in the packaging and the jersey was poorly folded.
I noted a very very tiny hole on the sleeve. This also happened in one of my previous purchases and I received a refund as I already purchased a new one before submitting a warranty claim. So kudos!
However, in the recent instance, I emailed a photo of the hole requesting for a replacement or refund, I was told that I was trying to do a dodgy by submitting the same photo as my previous claim! Absolutely disgusted! I admit the photo looks identical as I took it under the same lighting condition. I then send through another photo and never heard back since. That is the last product that I will buy from NeoPro!
Reply to NeoPro: Firstly, thank you NeoPro for taking the time to reply. After I realised that the photo does look identical, I immediately took another photo and send it back. As mentioned, because the hole was tiny, it had to be zoomed in to clearly show it. Given this was a customer return, surely there is a possibility that it was returned faulty. The jersey was out of stock for quite sometime and suddenly there was 1 in stock due to the return. There are also other reviews here indicating there was a tiny hole after the first wash. No matter how good your quality control, there will definitely be a small number that would have slipped through the cracks. I am loyal a customer who has bought over $1,000 worth of your products, why would I ever want to scam you? If I wanted to, I would have done it much earlier. Makes no sense, right?

Hi Ernest, thanks for the review. I recall this one well as we actually consulted numerous people about it - the photo was the EXACT same photo but zoomed in. We even tested this by zooming in on the old / first photo and overlaying it on photoshop as we couldn't believe it was happening. We also didn't even request the other jersey to be sent back either when this was approved. Unfortunately we can't attach images here to show the images overlayed.

As you have pointed out, we provide refunds on genuine warranty claims as we had done previously for you.

Sorry you weren't happy with the conclusion we came to. You even stated yourself the photo is identical.
