I’m very disappointed with my…

I’m very disappointed with my experience at NeonVibeShop.com. We purchased several neon light products from this store, but unfortunately none of the items were ever shipped, even after waiting far longer than the stated delivery time.

We tried contacting customer support multiple times but never received any clear response or resolution. At this point, based on our experience, we feel the store is extremely unreliable and customers should be very careful before ordering.

This has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience, and we definitely would not recommend this store to others.
