This is one TOTALLY DISHONEST & WILL TRY TO CON YOU
This is one DIRE, DISHONEST company, they send the wrong product as they are clearly idiots (ordered Long sleeve, they sent short hoping i wouldn't notice & would simply accept it, i wont as it is not what i wanted nor ordered) they then spend an age with different delay tactics trying to get out of changing, i am still waiting after 11 days! Lie quite freely comes very natural to them too. Waited over 11 days yet STILL no answers nor refund nor returns postage label for this wrong order. Luckily, i can invoke (as i have done so today) a credit card chargeback, so they are not that bright a bunch really, are they! BEAR THIS IN MIND, this shower comes up as a German based company yet you get emailed replies in Spanish, all timed as being sent between the hours of 2.00 & 3 30am. Now that tells me that these are chinese shysters masquerading as a legit supplier but in truth they are far from it & trying to screw jo public over! Do NOT waste your money, it'll save you aggravation, trust me on that. Their own neonswave.com website shows a trustpilot review count of 3,277 & 4.8/5 score, i say to that MY BACKSIDE THAT IS LEGITIMATE & Trustpilot really needs to look into this company & their dodgy people!
