Withdrawal Refused After Legitimate €200k Bonus Win

Two months ago, I won €200,000 on Big Bass Bonanza Keeping It Reel at NeonixCasino. On the same day I initiated the withdrawal, I was informed that the bet needed to be “verified.” What followed was nearly two weeks of waiting, during which I repeatedly contacted both customer support and my assigned VIP manager, Mark. Each time, I was told that the matter had been forwarded to the “relevant department,” but no concrete information was provided.

During this period, I discovered that NeonixCasino appears to be connected to Flashdash Casino and RoyalSpinCasino. After a short online search, I found numerous negative reviews, unresolved complaints, and indications that these platforms may not operate with a valid license. Their customer communication channels are limited to email and WhatsApp, which further raised concerns.

After almost two weeks, I received a message stating that there had been an unspecified “error” with my winning bet and that it was therefore declared invalid.

No details or supporting evidence were given. Before this win, I had a balance of €5,000 in my account, but I was told that I “should have withdrawn it before the error,” which I find unreasonable given the circumstances.

I have a valid bet ID, betting history and official report of the game from the slot provider available and it is a legitimate win.

I have always been a loyal customer and have deposited significant amounts over the years. My experience, combined with many similar cases I found online, suggests that smaller withdrawals might be processed without issues, but larger wins will never get paid so be warned. I also received an email from support that mistakenly included a Flashdash Casino signature, which reinforced the connection between these platforms.

I have the bet ID and a recording of the bonus game that produced the legitimate 10,000x win on a €20 stake. I intend to make all documentation publicly available to provide clarity and support others who may be in a similar situation.

This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope that by sharing my story, others can make informed decisions before depositing money on these platforms.

A rather long review of my experience over at Neonix Casino

Bear with me as this may be a wall of text.

Approximately 3 days ago, I had been looking to change up my luck by checking out new casino's via their no deposit sign up bonuses. Generally speaking, the first red flag is when the site doesn't honor the no deposit bonuses advertised through these affiliate sites. This was not the case regarding Neonix.

The sign up process and allocation of free spins was seamless. I was lucky enough to win close to $20usd from the no deposit free spins and with the wager requirements, I needed to wager a total of $860 usd in order to gain access to what ever winnings may be left.

To say that luck was with me that night was an understatement. First and foremost, let me just say that the breadth of providers available at Neonix is unbelievable. I was astonished at the plethora of choice available to me. Generally speaking I tend to gravitate towards Nolimit, Relax Gaming, Elk gaming and various mini game providers like Turbo Gaming and Spribe.

All of these providers and more were there. With a maximum wager of $10 at a time allowed when wagering your bonus balance, I found that it was just enough to do a bonus buy for some 10c games. I had been lucky on Karen Maneater by nolimit and had the balance to buy a few bonuses. I bought two bonuses from Monkey Town by relax gaming for $10 a piece, the latter paying 2000x.

Suffice to say, I was in a good position to be able to meet the wagering requirements. I tried playing some low risk Plinko, but realized that it had a reduced contribution to the wagering requirements so switched over to mines. I ultimately managed to meet the wagering requirements with $40 left in my balance. I needed to get it to $50 in order to withdraw to which I managed doing through wagering small amounts on mines. I then initiated a withdrawal, however, unbeknownst to me, in order to withdraw I had to first make a deposit.

I was hesitant at first. Was it worth depositing the minimum amount of $20euro ($30ish aud for me) only to receive 50aud in return? I've heard of stories where casino's refuse to pay out winnings and was scared to deposit and possibly loose my deposit in addition to my winnings. Dejected, I thought i would throw the money away by buying a bonus I knew would probably tank. I bought a $40 bonus on Big Bang by Belatra. It paid 1200x....

Now i was in a pickle. It was now worth the risk to deposit as i stood to gain quite a lot. Being a degen, I gambled some of the balance until i was ready to make a deposit a day or so later. Once I made my deposit, which I chose to do via my credit card as opposed to crypto (there was a warning that stated you had to send the exact amount, otherwise it may not be processed), I was told that I had simply had to wager my deposit amount 3 times and then I would be able to withdraw.

Naturally I went to hit up mines. I figured at $5 a pop, either I would loose my deposit, therefore allowing me to withdraw; OR, I would be able to meet the wager requirement and be able to withdraw as well. Luckily, I was able to win some more and then proceed to withdrawing.

Surprisingly, it only took a little over 8 hours for support to get back to me regarding the transfer of funds. Initially they sent $5 to confirm the address and then sent the rest the moment I confirmed that it was the correct address.

For proof of the transfer of funds, I have provided the TX hash:

I truly am stunned. The customer support at Neonix has to be on par with some of the top casino sites out there. They never left me hanging and went above and beyond in helping me to understand the answers they were providing to my questions.

I don't know about any of the other reviews for Neonix that may be floating around, but I wanted to do my part and help dispel any potential negative rumors that may be floating around.

If your able to take advantage of their no deposit sign up bonuses, then I would implore you to give them a shot. I mean, what do you stand to loose if you put nothing upfront? Right?
