Unfortunately, Neon Rooms left me no choice but to leave a one-star review. I bought a neon sign in December. Several months later it broke. In the months to follow I must have sent dozens of emails informing them of the issue and asking if the sign could be replaced since it was under warranty. I provided videos and pictures. Neon Rooms responded twice, and both times they told me their technical team was looking into it and they'll get back to me tomorrow. Needles to say, tomorrow never came. It's now been a year, my warranty expired, and my neon signed is in trash. From my experience, the company is dishonest and I'd steer away from them. There are so many neon sign companies out there and if you want to save yourself time and money I'd recommend buying a neon sign from one of the companies with good rating.

Placed an ordered and for a couple of weeks was convinced that this was a scam website (no responses, emails from a gmail account, the sign was not posted for a while past the delivery times). After all the package arrived and the neon sign is of good quality. Ordered again a second sign and it arrived much faster. Overall happy with the product.
