Purchased a strap for my Apple Watch. Quality is not in keeping with the watch - for example, the rubber looks and feels cheap and soft and the butterfly clasp relies solely on its sprung hinges to stay closed - they are not strong enough so the strap is easily popped open by pulling on it. I was foolish enough not to react within the 14 day return window so have simply binned the strap, it’s that poor.
The quality of the products sold by Neolyst are better than any I have purchased elsewhere. I purchased the titanium metal strap and it was perfect.
