Quality of the watches (Daytona and Nautilus) exceeded my expectations, simply beautiful. After seeing the quality, I ordered 5 more and cannot wait to receive them.
Expect 2 to 3 weeks from ordering to receiving your order. I ordered on 12 Jan and received them on 29 Jan.

First watch ! Junk !
First, the screwdriver they sent was too big , luckily I have one. This isn’t my first rodeo. Unscrewed a link, links came apart, unbelievable, this shouldn’t happen.
Contacted customer service which they are supposed to send a replacement chain and have not heard back from them. Now I’ll have to get it fixed with my own money!
I won’t ever use them again! Junk.

Great watches i hope
Great watches i hope. Never got ours the shipping company just disposed of after 1 fail delivery in which they never attempted to do the first time. Was a gift for my son. Neolux customer service is helpful as they can be but shipping is the worse i have ever seen. Still in shock they disposed of the package. And 1 day before they we going to re deliver. If Neolux can get involved with the shipping company they hired and get it resolved i would change my review.

Fake Seiko, won't keep time, hands do not glow.
I received a fake Seiko that would not: keep time (+6 minutes fast, in 9 hours). And hands did not glow in dark, very important for divers watch. Returns must be untouched, unopened, unworn, no link adjustment. Basically, you are not allowed to return if you unwrapped. Would highly recommend against NeoLux.

At first skeptical. It is amazing.
I was reading a lot of mixed reviews about this watch and company after placing my order and was nervous. I would like to say it exceeded my expectations. There was note of fake reviews possibly left on here. I want to say. The build quality and look is awesome. I did not expect to receive a 5000 dollar Rolex clone datejust but just a heavy and good looking seiko mod. That’s what this is looks and weight is above reproach. Oh and shipping was like a week and a half even through Christmas holiday.

Have experienced one issue on the watch
It’s a nice watch, but the only issue that i’ve seen after using it for a few days now is that the number date that is being displayed on the watch doesn’t seem to change according to it’s time, the date has fallen behind three days, so i’m gonna have to adjust the date again, to see if this issue continues,,
