I ordered my product on Jan.6 and I can't still track my order on their website 'till NOW. E-mailed them and got a response that they would ship it as soon as possible, but still no result.

I bougth the tanjiro fox mask hoodie for 68$ canadian, it was in sale, the original price was 128$ canadian which is quite expensive for a hoodie from an unknow brand. Anyway i took a chance because it looked nice on the picture. When my order arrived, as soon as i felt how light the bag was i know it was cheap. I open the bag the material is very thin, more like a long sleeve, not a hoodie, print look cheap too. Overall i am dissapointed and i think they boost the prices before sales too make it look like its quality because its (expensive) before being on "sale" and think its not really worth the price even the price from the sale. Everything ia shipped from china so it explain a lot for quality. Would not recommand.

Shorts I ordered were of terrible quality. writing was backwards and just poorly made.
Had to fight to get a refund. They initially said I could only exchange. After agreeing to a refund. I sent the parcel back to them as agreed, which cost me £9.55. That was one month ago.
Today the parcel has shown up at my door because, they refused to accept it. Don't touch this company at all.

The site it's not a scam, I ordered a shirt from Italy and it got delivered pretty fast, but the quality is cheap (and the price is not).
I didn't expect it to be perfect but at least the graphic could have been of a good quality, it's really bad and I'm kind embarrassed because it's a gift.
I would not suggest to buy from this company unless you have low expectations

Stole my money. Refused to sort out a package that was lost because of the carrier they chose and refused to refund me or sent me another package. Thieves

Saw an ad of their shop on instagram and thought I'd check it out. Found a cool hoodie design and made an order, only to realize later that their products were released "marked down" giving you a sense of urgency. Plus, their sale timer just kept refreshing every day. The hoodie shipped from China, and took almost a month to arrive. The print was blurry and felt cheaply made with cheap material. Definetly not worth $40. Also fits tight if you pick your exact size, and they didn't make it clear to order a size up for a looser fit. I didn't want to bother with returning a package to China. I left them a review on the "Shop" app and now their profile has completely dissapeared for me. Says a lot to be honest, seems like they can't take a bad review. And I'm sure they fill their site and pages with a bunch of fake 5 star reviews. Would not recommend, don't give them your money.

Please if you read this avoid buying at all costs. Disgusting product and business. Fake returns address. No social media reviews and deleting negative comments. Sticker like prints and no authorisation to use the brands or images they steal. Purchased 3 products in a “Sale” ( No such thing as the sale is infinite and refreshes automatically to make you feel you’re getting a deal ) 3 weeks later and it’s a product you could get from Aliexpress for a quarter the cost. Clearly the company and anyone involved has no conscience. Please avoid using these profiteering parasite's.

Ordered a T-shirt recently, at first I didn't get a confirmation so I sent them a mail to ask whether something had gone wrong. Got a very friendly response quickly, in which they apologised and confirmed my delivery. My order arrived shortly after and was exactly how i expected it.

Such trash products.
I wish I had read more reviews before I got scammed out of $150.
The prints are poor quality and will likely either peel off in a couple of washes or will just start peeling and cracking on their own with minimal wear. The tshirt, itself, is soft but still why would you want a tshirt you can wear without the print falling off and looking like crap?
The sweater is made out of crappy polyester with very little cotton in it. It essentially has that shiny and plastic feel that makes you think if you get too close to an open flame, it will melt onto your skin. It's the same garbage material any Aliexpress, Temu or Alibaba sweater is made out of. I wish i could give these products 0 stars.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY!!!

I ordered two Berserk t-shirts from this website and I was really afraid that I have been scammed. Fortunately my order arrived (in Italy) within two weeks from the shipment, also the quality of the t-shirts wasn't bad at all (I spent more to get the better quality fabric), contrary to what I read in this review section. The cotton is soft and not made of polyester like most of t-shirts you find online today. Unfortunately the print quality is not great, it is very shiny and feels like cheap plastic, so if you buy something with simple graphics you shouldn't have any problem, but if you want some complex drawing on your t-shirt I wouldn't suggest to buy from this website. Note that the sizes are definitely larger that what you could expect, my t-shirts were all small sized but still they were really large: I guess these clothes were designed for extra bulky gym dudes. After reading all the reviews were people claim that the order arrived after months, or has been lost on the way, I realized that I was quite lucky that everything went smoothly, so be aware of this risk.

ordered from them 10/12, didn't get my order till 11/2. shipping currier they use did not update the tracking information until about 2 weeks AFTER ordering from the. currently just contacted CS for them and they told me if I wanted to do a refund that I would be in charge for paying for INTERNATIONAL shipping to Spain where the products would be examined and deemed "refundable" or not. for the 3 hoodies I got from them, I spent $130 and the shipping cost to return them is about $42. INSANE. The hoodies feel like they're 99.9% polyester and .1% cotton. the quality of the print/design is mid tier at best, I can literally see the pixilation in the designs. in addition to all that, the chainsaw man hoodie that I purchased was misprinted and has Makima on the back and the berserk anime logo on the front.... such a huge f*** up. anyway, long story short, don't order from them.

I would also like to add that I doubt I’ll be able to get anywhere with them cause their terms & services pretty much cover them and say they’re not responsible for anything they do

Well i ordered a hoodie wich did not come in the same quality as shown as the product photos wich i mailed to them but all i got was just small replies that went like: "Hello .....,

The article sent to you is exactly the same as the one on the site."

I never received my order. Whenever I confronted the customer service team, they would just send me the same generic emails. The tracking information only showed 'shipping information received' over a month after my purchase, and they repeatedly claimed it was on its way. The only reason I didn't give this a 1-star rating is because they did eventually refund my money. However, I can't guarantee that this will happen to you, so I strongly advise against buying from them

The order never arrived with zero help from their support team. Sent them 4 emails in the span of 2 weeks, haven't received a single reply. Definitely don't recommend buying from this company.

Tracking also displays no information. They use YunExpress and it still says 'Shipping Information Received', last update was nearly a month ago.

I also don't know where they get their 1000 positive reviews because I can't find an easy method of leaving a review on their website.
