Horrible use of my money.

I entered into an agreement, and in 5 months I received one legitimate lead. Worst money I have ever spent. Definitely not a good model for my business. Never again.

To add further context - In this case, our team completed every contracted deliverable (LinkedIn profile & company page rewrites, custom eBook, PR services including guest pitching on podcasts, etc.) over 24 weeks of active outreach, with deliverables including:

- Network growth from 8,261 to 9,002 connections
- 96 "ideal fit" leads identified within the client's target audience ... each was added to client's engagement tracker and inserted into lead nurturing campaigns via LinkedIn messaging
- Additional, personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns promoting the client's book and online course (leading to increased exposure and sales).
- Booked discovery calls / sales calls

Expensive Service With No Results

I engaged Nemo Media Group for LinkedIn lead generation with the expectation that their outreach process would generate qualified meetings and business opportunities.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Despite a significant financial investment, the service did not produce the promised pipeline or booked appointments. The outreach methods and tools were dated, they made little to no attempt to understand me or my product offering despite one interview, and turnaround times for requests were often lengthy, requiring multiple escalations.

Communication throughout the engagement was disappointing. Responses were frequently condescending, and despite the company being built around Nemo’s personal brand, I never once heard directly from Nemo himself unless I asked to speak with him,

Ultimately, I found myself a
conducting my own outreach while still paying for the service. At the end of the contract, they just stopped. No debrief, no discussion, no results. For entrepreneurs or small businesses with limited budgets, that is a difficult and costly outcome.

In my experience, the service did not deliver the results that were represented during the sales process, and the overall client experience was extremely poor. If you want qualified leads and a pipeline, please do not hire them.

We delivered our services in full accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work throughout this engagement. Our process included a dedicated onboarding interview, custom campaign development, content creation, ongoing optimization, and regular communication - all of which are documented. In fact, we extended additional services, multiple revisions and timeline extensions at no extra cost in an effort to ensure this client's satisfaction, which goes beyond our standard commitment.

Regarding billing, our payment terms are standard for the industry and clearly outlined before any engagement begins. Requiring payment per contract terms before work continues is a practice shared by virtually every professional services firm.

Several of the specific claims made here - regarding our tools, responsiveness, communication, and end-of-engagement process - do not align with our records or with the experience we consistently deliver. We encourage anyone evaluating our services to ask us directly about our process, and we're happy to speak to our track record.

NemoMediaGroup is a Scammer

I found Nemo Media Group on YouTube and hired them for 3 months of Linkedin marketing services which I unwisely paid $10K for up front. After payment John Nemo refused to provide the services unless I paid another $5K up front and refused to refund the money even though no services were provided. This business has no BBB profile and no address both signs that this business is a scam that I wish I would've found before I gave them $10K which they stole.

We take every client experience seriously, so we want to address the claims in this review directly and honestly.

The account described here is factually inaccurate. Our records clearly document that services were fully initiated and delivered per the agreed-upon scope of work, timelines, payment plan, etc.

At no point did we demand additional payment as a condition to begin services - that claim is simply not true.

What our records do show is a series of threatening, abusive communications directed at our team - including profanity-laced emails and text messages - that ultimately led to the termination of this engagement.

We've served hundreds of clients since 2012, many of whom have shared their experiences publicly online and elsewhere. We're proud of that track record. We're also proud of the fact that we take client fit seriously before we ever take someone's money - because a good outcome requires the right match on both sides.

We wish this individual well, but we stand fully behind our team and the work they do every day.
