Love the Jacket. I was a bit suspect when the tracking app said the jacket was still in China. I thought it was a Vancouver company. All good. I got the jacket in a reasonable time. It fits great and I love it.
I’m telling you do not buy from these guys. Super cheap, terrible sizing (I’m usually a large but got an XL just to be safe. It fits like a small/medium).
Quality is awful and took 3+ weeks to get to me from China. There’s a ton of better quality stuff. I’m tell you lads avoid it like the plague. Ps I literally do not write reviews but these guys are annoying me now, so here I am!
Pretty sure I got taken. Despite the Vancouver name on the webpage, the product ships direct from China. I just paid way too much for a black sweatshirt that is minimal quality at best. I will try to return but apparently I have to pay for shipping back to China. Borderline scam - producing poor quality clothing and then representing it as coming from Canada. Ripped off.
Terrible quality and TINY sizing...ordered a XXL and no way it was even close to XL...cant even wear either item... quality very bad...cheap !!!
The 2 jackets I bought and received are not the same as the picture that I chose from. The quality is not what I was expecting. Very disappointed, will not buy anything from your company again.
Online "retailer" claiming to be in Vancouver. Purchased a jacket to learn it shipped from China. Received a cheap, knock off jacket. Website photo was clearly altered to give the impression of a better quality item. Their offer was a partial, 10% refund. Read return details.
Stumbled onto Nelson & Jones online, and had actually heard of them before. They had a sale on some selected items and figured i would give them a try, as they had been a local business in Vancouver for over 25 years. Absolute mistake to trust that pedigree! While it appears you're purchasing 'local', youre actually ordering whatever trash product they could source from a catalog in China. I ordered a jacket that looked decent enough, and when I received the tracking info that contained the origin from overseas - I knew I had been duped. After some time, my item arrived and I was duly disappointed. Jacket is shapeless, made of cheap awful fabric, and is not made to any sort of quality standard whatsoever. There are no labels, save for a single "made in China" tag on the inside.
Save your money. This is a rare occasion where I find myself saying "don't buy 'Local'". Such a disappointing purchase.
This is a scam. They are not a Vancouver based store. They are likely located in China. You receive very cheap knock-off products, nothing like advertised. And their refund policy requires you to return the goods to China at your own cost
AVOID! It took a really long time for the item to arrive. When it did, it was very obviously of poor quality, cheap material and certainly didn’t look like it’s photo. To return it to this “Vancouver Company” you have to pay a courier fee to it’s warehouse in China! In my case the cost would have been about half the cost of the item! And non-refundable.
