Doesn't provide everything as advertised
The adverts say that all purchases will receive codes for hi-rez digital downloads via the Neil Young Archive which is a major reason to use this service, however this appears from my experience to be false advertising. They appear to have issues with pre-orders and orders containing multiple items. Their support takes time and it can be helpful but they don't always provide what they advertise. Sometimes you get codes sometimes you need to ask for them through support. Sometimes support don't give you codes to use but a wetransfer link so if something goes wrong you can't get the download again as should be possible with the advertised code. Other times they say a code isn't available at all which is really where they have falsely advertised. As this is the record label and artist website you would expect a 5* service but this is sadly not the case.
