Signed up for a 3 month course with Neil. App was easy to navigate. Meal plans weren’t over complicated like with some that I have used in the past and the workouts were accompanied by a video so that you were able to make sure you were doing them properly.
I would definitely recommend Neil. He’s guided and supported me over the last 3 months and I’ve seen great results. I’ve gone down 1-2 sizes in my clothes, all depends where I buy from. My mindset eating is so much healthier and my fitness levels are stronger.

Neil’s support, advice and guidance has been invaluable and I wouldn’t have achieved the positive results I did without him. He challenged my thinking and against my own judgment I so enjoyed the structure, and the weight training. Neil was able to flex my training to suit my needs as towards the end of my 3 month programme I have minor hip surgery so the focus became upper body. I am having a short break whilst I fully recover but will be back on the programme very soon. Highly recommend but he isn’t for the weak willed or overly sensitive! Thank you Neil for the journey, it was worth every minute to feel so much fitter, healthier, stronger, oh, and 20lbs lighter!!

I’ve been training with Neil for about 10 years now. Time and again Neil has given me the extra bit of encouragement and support I needed to help me achieve my goals. And Neil has been even more supportive of me following the complete change of training regime after COVID-19. In the first 6 weeks of this year Neil helped achieve my targets for weight loss and exceed my targets for strength and fitness. I can now hit the beach a very happy person ready to do some kitesurfing! Thank you Neil…I couldn’t have done it without you!

I met a friend for coffee four months ago and hardly recognised her when she walked towards me, she looked amazing, so slim and toned. I wanted to be the same. I have always been active but was carrying “fat “ especially around my tummy. I contacted Neil on my friends recommendation and started the programme to get fitter, slimmer and healthier. I loved the plan that Neil devised for me it was both challenging and motivational. Within weeks I could see a change, within three months I have lost over a stone in weight and have become so much fitter and healthier. My mindset has changed completely.
I am now a dress size 8 and feel amazing, I am totally motivated and committed to keep improving so am continuing with my plan.

I started training with Neil in Feb on line. We had a teams call to discuss my goals and what had and hadn’t worked for me before. I had been meaning to lose weight since my youngest daughter was born 15 years ago and just never had the motivation or to be honest knowledge and kept dabbling in various diets but I never lost weight properly. I told Neil i needed to be told exactly what to do and to eat and it really worked for me. The combination of the right diet and exercise was key. With very regular check in with Neil, there was no hiding place. I won’t lie, it was tough love in the beginning but it was exactly what I needed. Motivation came as the pounds came off and I started to feel so much better about myself. I have the odd PT sessions with Neil as well as continuing the on line program and it’s a good mix. His knowledge of diet and the right exercise is first class. I now keep to my weekly plan with Neil, if I’m off track he helps me get back on track. I enjoy the healthy food and my new flatter stomach! Giving away all my “fat” clothes to charity and having a shopping spree was great. I’m now maintaining at a size 8-10 and we are working on building muscle tone. I was a size 14 before. Highly recommend Neil to anyone.

I started training with Neil when I was about 4 months post partum. I felt like I needed some time to myself in the gym to help mentally and also make me feel more myself physically. He was amazing from the start, understanding, but also helped me to take responsibility for my eating and exercising. Overall I am much happier, motivated, have lost lots of weight, and feel more like myself again. Couldn’t recommend him enough.
Can't recommend enough
I can't recommend Neil as a PT enough. Following illness, I wanted to get back a good level of fitness. Neil expertly guides with nutrition and training, providing support when needed. Neil as a PT is so much more than the time you are in actual conversation/training with him; he has educated me (without patronising) so that fitness and health are now an integral part of my life. My fitness, physique and confidence have drastically improved and I am so, so grateful for Neil's expertise and passion for what he does.
Not only does Neil help you get results, but his friendly, easy personality mean he is great to work with. This puts him in a different league to other personal trainers I've trained with.

I have been working with Neil now for four months. He is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. Nutrition plans set are customised to your objectives and emphasise practicality and consistency over the long term. Neil always makes sure that the sessions are interesting and challenging at the same time.
Motivation was a real issue for me at the start, but Neil was always there to chat and discuss why and how to overcome it as well as giving me the gentle push I needed to get myself into gear. He is super friendly, easy to talk to and I can’t recommend him enough!

Personalising your food and workouts on a weekly basis has really helped my focus whilst the twice weekly check ins give you the motivation to keep going. I'm someone that has been going to the gym for years, I have tried pretty much all styles of training during that time, weights, cardio, classes, you name it but I've never felt that I've improved or seen any results no matter how hard I train. Seeing so many different personal trainers in the gym that quite frankly I didn't think were great at what they were teaching their clients, I was always put off trying a PT until I spoke to Neil. After seeing so many of his before and after pictures on his Instagram of his clients, I was gob smacked at the transformations, and speaking to people that have trained with him in the past I liked the positive feedback I was getting, so thought why not give it a go.
I have only been training with Neil for 5 weeks now, but the results I have seen on myself have been insane!! He gives me a mixture of weights and cardio based work outs as well as my nutrition which is a massive bonus! I thoroughly enjoy my work outs and the food.
Just goes to show what the right person can do for you!
3 Stone Down and Mentally Healthy
I started with Neil in May 2021, since then I have not only hit my fitness goals but smashed them. I have increased my cardio, increased muscle definition and lost nearly 3 stone. More importantly my general well-being has improved mentally as well. Neil always provides an explanation as to why and what we are doing in my fitness and meal plans. He listens and responds to any feedback and it feels more like a collaboration of fitness than a drill instructor. Every part of this experience has exceeded my expectations and I am looking forward to what he has in store for me going forward.

Neil is a superb personal trainer. He always challenges me during each session, but also takes account of the areas that I want to focus on.

I completed a 4 week programme with Neil and had the most amazing results! The weight I have lost and the confidence I have gained is incredible. I've always struggled to stick to food plans but Neil was able to adapt the meals to foods I liked, that were easy to prepare. The workouts allowed me to challenge myself whilst fitting into my busy daily schedule. Neil was always there when I needed motivation and encouragement, I am very greatlful for the massive changes he has supported me to achieve!
