charged double of expected...no one replies ...website is fraudulent...total scam...run while you can

First, they overcharged me by $30. When notified, they admitted it was a sad mistake and promised to charge back the excess within three days. This didn't happen even one month later, and they stopped responding to emails.
Second, the quality of the product is far inferior to that in the advertisement and the description. just another scum.

NEVER BUY AT NEIGHOURHOD! They shipped the wrong product and refused to offer me a compensation. They even had the guts to offer me a $3 refund for my $42 purchase. Complete scam!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Etsy-Neighourhod.

Firstly, It appears they have no affiliation with Etsy. So, there's that.

Secondly they are controlled by a parent company called: Kaifeng Wenran Trading Co., Ltd.

This company is based in china, yet they charged me in Euros even though their site said "Canadian Dollars". After I brought this issue to their attention because i had been overcharged, they charged me in USD.

Kaifeng Wenran Trading Co., Ltd. has an online reputation for being a scam company.

I was able to find that their Address is: No.133, South Of East Section Of Shangye Road, Tongxu County，Kaifeng City, Henan Province

However, this gets interesting because after 7 requests for their mailing address to return the products I purchased from them, they have continues to evade and refuse that request.

Here is my journey with this company:

I made multiple attempts to resolve my issue amicably with that company, but their lack of cooperation left me no choice but to escalate the matter.

On February 2nd, I contacted Neighourhod regarding two t-shirts I purchased in January from their online store which bears the Etsy name (fraudulently).

Order #7110S92871 for €34.98 Euro and Order #7110S92872 for €27.10 Euro).

Upon receipt of the items, it was immediately clear that the products were not as described. Despite being labelled as “XL”, the t-shirts are so tight that they fit like a traditional “Small”. If anyone knows what compression wear it, that is essentially how they fit. I am 6ft tall 200lbs. So obviously not ideal.

This is not a subjective matter of fit preference; the products are objectively and significantly smaller than any reasonable expectation for an “XL” garment.

Now, through being charges in Euros and based on what one of their own customer service reps told me, it was my understanding that Neighourhod is based in the UK. I believed this to be true until I found all the supporting evidence suggesting a parent company based in China... which would explain the misrepresentation of size with their garments, Because as we all know, China's sizes are NOT to be trusted.

So, operating with the perhaps misguided belief that the company was based of of the UK, I informed them that Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. The Neighourhod company has failed to meet these standards. As such, I am legally entitled to return these items for a full refund.

I had requested a return address from Neighourhod seven (7) times to date, and each time my request was been met with delay and evasion. This is unacceptable and potentially in breach of their obligations under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which require online retailers to provide a geographical address if the goods are to be returned.

I demanded the following actions to be taken immediately for Neighourhod & then, kindly requested Etsy's help in facilitating the following:

1. Provide a return address for the items.
2. Upon receipt of the returned items, issue a full refund for both orders.

Of course I later learned that the false affiliation with Etsy is a deceitful marketing ploy by Neighourhod & Kaifeng Wenran Trading Co.

I instructed Neighourhod that failure to comply with these demands within 24 hours will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter further, which could possibly include reporting their company to Trading Standards and the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority, and seeking legal recourse.

Since then they have cut all communication with me and have effectively ghosted me and stolen my money.

Also, I neglected to mention that they charges me shipping two times for each shirt. so they charged me shipping 4 times. Only once I noticed and raised the issue did they refund me for two of the shipping costs. At that point I informed them that the two shirts should be shipped in one package and I should only be charged shipping ONCE. They only then refunded me for the THIRD shipping charge.

Suffice to say I should have realized very early on that this company was a scam.

this company sends goods which are not at all like the promise is beware

Help up well after washing and drying. Did not shrink. Vinyl adhered with no problems at all.

I finally received this t-shirt, and it is exactly what I ordered. Fits great.

This company is a scam. Not to be trusted. Their customer service does not return inquires when they sent me the wrong item. I contacted them 3 times with no response. Below is their reply when I wanted to return the incorrect item for a refund as they strong discourage any returns because they are "too busy". I have blacklisted them. This is not the way to run a business.

Under the circumstance that we did not send the wrong goods, we cannot provide you with return and exchange services.

These are Great long sleeve cotton tees! I was looking for a light (normal t-shirt weight 100% cotton) shirt to wear outdoors in summer, for sun protection of my arms. It gets hot here under the summer sun so was looking for lightest weight cotton possible.
