Immediate response from most helpful lady at Neff call Centre. Technician arrived within timeframe suggested. His name is Kevin. He was extremely engaging, polite and competent. He restored everything back to its original pristine condition and was particularly careful not to damage surrounding area.

After sales response service
I bought a high end mircrowave oven 2-3 years ago, which instantly started having faults.
There were multiple call outs during warrantee which fixed the problems at the time (there was a couple of different issues), but the problems kept reoccurring.
Now out of warrantee, the problems persisted/reoccurred, leavong me potentially out of pocket for ongoing repairs.
I called the NEFF service centre (again) and an engineer was able to come out within 7 days. He fixed the problems (again - but I think/hope we met now have permanently corrected the issues) and there was no charge because despite being out of warranty, NEFF provide a rolling warranty on the previous repairs
The engineer was very prompt, friendly, efficient and clean.
A problematic product, but aftercare has been very good.
